    Duct Cleaning

    i called advanpro to book my duct cleaning. it was my first time to booked duct cleaning and the technicians that cleaned it were very knowledgeable, helpful and awesome! they did a great job! now i have a bit knowledge on how to maintain my furnace and ducts. i will definitely call them back for my next service and will recommend them to my family and friends!

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Leo and Jason came out today and were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond by installing a rodent/bird guard on the exhaust for my dryer outside in -25!! Jason also came back in to reinstall the exhaust hose on the back of the dryer! Very happy with service.

    Air Conditioner installation

    Orion Esau of Advanpro came and did a new installation air conditioner unit in our condo. The service and estimation was fantastic. The new unit had to be special ordered, Orion did a lot of research to find the best warranty for that particular standup unit. Once installed, it was found to be very noisy, far noisier than the decibel rating claimed. Orion came and put in another unit, no charge, no quibbling, and did a first class installation once more. The second unit works fantastic, is much quieter and works well. Super awesome guys to deal with, very professional, no nonsense, straight up and great craftsmanship. Thanks guys, would use you again for sure, or recommend you instantly for anybody need air conditioning work, or installation.

    New Vent Work

    Fantastic service right across the board. Orrin worked with us to address a couple issues in our house. He was able to find a simple and cost effective solution for everything. First, we weren't getting enough heat to the back of our house. He reworked our ducts and added a few new vents which fixed the issue (once again for a reasonable price). We also had him install the ducting for a bathroom fan. This was a real challenge given the age of our house, the distance needed to go to an outside wall, and the items that were blocking that path. Once again, he did an excellent job working around all of these. Based on these great experiences and the work Orrin did, I'd highly recommend Advanpro

    Furnace/Duct Cleaning Experts

    Fast amazing service! So polite and excellent staff! My house smells amazing and I feel so much better with no dust in the air. Cannot express how happy I am with AdvanPro!! Call them now- DO IT!!!

    Duct cleaning,furnace and change valve

    I would like to thank Sam for the thorough job she did in my furnace today .she did a very very good .i am very pleased . For sure I will use her from now on and I will highly recommend her to all of my friendsk

    Furnace Repair - Gas Valve Replacement

    Our furnace stopped igniting over the weekend. On Monday I gave Advanpro a call. Within 2 hours they were able to send over Adam, a thorough and knowledgeable technician. He was able to diagnose our issue, procure a replacement part, and install it within 3 hours start to finish.

    Furnace Cleaning

    My wife had scheduled a furnace cleaning after confirming an estimate on costs and deciding on a cleaning package. The technicians came on time to do the work and completed the work quickly. I was disappointed though in the communication between the appointment booking team and technicians as there was a constant upselling of cleaning packages and products right from the minute one of the technicians came in. Trusting that they were there to service and make appropriate recommendations, I agreed to the services to later find out there was quite a discrepancy in the estimate from the actual charge. Explaining this to their team at the office, they worked towards making sure that I would be happier about the experience by reversing some of the charges and even calling me directly to clarify my negative experience post-review. The services delivered were completed in a timely manner, they provide a good service and are willing to make the client happy, however, the upselling style of their technician was not appreciated. I originally gave these guys a 5, but edited this review to give them a 7 to show my appreciation for the quick follow-up from Blake after I posted my initial review and taking the time to hear me out and ask what else they could do to improve the rating. That's good follow-up and customer service in my opinion.

    Thorough, professional duct and furnace cleaning

    The service experience, from phone-call to finish, was professional. The work was performed expertly. Even where an issue with potential to cause problems was presented (issue was due to a sloppy install on a portion of the duct-work originally) they offered an effective and reasonable solution. Another service company could have raked the situation and added unnecessary expenses and huge inconvenience. Really appreciated their work!

    Service

    Very poor service. I called to book a service. After taking 5 minutes to take all my contact info and book the appointment, 10 minutes later I received a call stating all my info was lost. Her name was Crystal. My appointment was scheduled for 8am. When no one showed I called and was told that the service person's truck broke down, but would be arriving at 9:30am. Then, I was told he would arrive at 9:10am. Leo called and said he would be there at 9:15am. After repeated exchanges on the phone, Leo finally arrived at 10:35am and was on the wrong side of the building. He said he had been there the other day and talked to my son (he was completely confused. I don't have a son). It was pure chaos. Then, I called to make payment and they said they would send me my receipt via email and I still have not received it. I'll tell everyone I know who is looking for this type of service to go elsewhere.

Luckily she was able to search through our call log to find your number and track you down. She felt terrible for having to bother you again but she had to ensure that she had all of your information. We did have two units in your building that were being cleaned on that day. The technician must have gotten you confused with the other unit. He may have also thought it wouldn't be a problem since neither you nor the person in the other unit were at home at the time of cleaning as the work was being done from outside. We have tried to reach out to you on many occasions to try to rectify the issue with you but you have not been open to discussing it with us. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we try very hard to keep all of our customers happy. We do service over 5000 homes annually and try to do our best for each customer.
