Reply created 11 Sep 2014A McKenna Plumbing takes pride in our service and our Warranty. Unfortunately in this case we have done all we can to please the Customer. I have sent Plumbers out on two different occasions to take a look at the toilet in question. At no time have there been any leaks or Silicone issues that we have corrected all of that is untrue.A McKenna Plumbing did not miss any appointments with the home owner. Plumbers showed up between the hours given and the homeowner was not home. We have found no issues with the toilet On the third trip I (Owner) attended, and found no issues with the unit. I asked the Homeowner If she would like us to replace the toilet. She responded by tell us she want nothing for free.Just fix my toilet. At that point she screamed a us and asked us to vacate her home. Letting us know that she intended to tell the whole street that we were a shady company. In14 years of service I have never run into a situation like this. I hope anyone reading this review can understand the difficulty we have had dealing with this customer. Over the 14 years of doing business in the Halton community we have never said no to a legitimate Warranty call.
