    Partial new roof with skylight

    I scoped homestars for a list of roofing companies in the downtown area in search of a quote for a roof repair and from a list of 4 companies Fixer on the Roof was the first to oontact me and provided a reasonable quote for the job. The job started the following week and completed in 2 days. No fuss no mess. Great guys to deal with.

    Replace garage roof

    If you are looking for a roofing company that delivers exceptional quality of workmanship, materials, and service then FIXER ON THE ROOF is the answer. Both Arthur and Trish were wonderful to work with and made the entire experience the best I ever had with any contractor. I awarded the contract to this company based on quality, experience and a fair price. The job was completed in the same week! Yes, that's right...these guys are awesome! Thank you, Trish and Arthur.     Fixed leaks, replaced small balcony roof and siding

    Arthur goes out of his way to do the job right and explain exactly what is needed. We had a mystery leak "somewhere" on our balcony. We also needed a new sliding door to access the balcony, Arthur provided a supplier for the door and coordinated installation with the roof repair. Excellent job done quickly with total clean-up. Above and beyond expectations - all roofers should be this good.

    repairing the flashing under the eavestrough

    We had our eavestrough done 4 years ago,but last spring we took down the carport at the side of the house and it left a gap of about 20 ft with no facia which was quite noticeable. We had one quote of $1000.00 and no guarantee. Fixer on the Roof quoted us $400.00 and did an excellent job. We are very pleased and would hire them again for any of our roofing needs.

    Repair some loose nails, flashing and vents on the our roof.

    We called Fixer on the Roof regarding repairing our flashing. Arthur came out promptly and assessed the situation. Later on Trish e-mailed us with exactly what needed to be repaired and set up the repair promptly. Trish was very courteous and even called to let us know that Arthur would be arriving to complete our job within an hour which was very helpful so that we could plan our day. Arthur completed the job in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner. He even checked our eaves troughs which he didn't have to do but was kind enough to do so while he was up there. He also let us know how long we had left with our roof and what we should do when it's time to replace it. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone as they go above and beyond the call of duty.

    Roof Renovation

    From the start Fixer on The Roof was prompt and professional. Arthur is very knowledgeable when it came to talking about roof systems. He explained the ones that made the most sense in my application and the ones that clearly would not work. I did have different options on which roof type to choose from and I liked that. I was not pushed into one particular product or roof application. This made it easy for me to decide what type worked for me and the property. Arthur did the work in a timely manner and around a difficult schedule. This way he was sure not to disturb any of the business. Overall my experience was a pleasant one. I will definitely use this company again when I need a re-roof or maintenance.

    Roof repair

    I thought my roof needed more work, and no other contractor would correct me and inform me of what the true issue was. Arthur not only knew the source of the leak but reassured me that I only needed to repair the issue and not rebuild that section of the roof. Its been a very pleasant experience and I hope to hire FoTR again in the spring for some repairs on the siding and flat roof.

    Partial Roof Replacement and Chimney Removal

    We had been experiencing water seepage in our basement and thought we had to completely replace our roof and eavestroughs. As it turned out the roof had to only be partially replaced and another section repaired. We'll now get another few years before we have to replace the older repaired roof. Fixer on the Roof came out to review the roof, provided a solution and a written quote. They came on time to do the roofwork and had it done in the time they stated. Damage was done to one of the roofs by another company after Fixer had completed its work, but Fixer came back and repaired the other company's damage! All in all we were very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them to others.

    Leaking flat roof on a 3rd floor dormer

    We highly recommend Fixer on the Roof. From our first contact with the office to the completion of the job less than 24 hours later, we experienced nothing but good. Responsive, respectful, professional, expert and fair is what comes to mind. Thank you, we're looking forward to the rain and are happy to have a proper flat roof instead of shingles and patches. Peace of mind is a lovely thing.

    Flat roof repair

    We had a small leak around a vent in a washroom. The company answered the email within 1/2 day - came when they said and did the repair in timely manner. They also gave us a couple of pictures showing the work. Staff were friendly.
