    cedar shake siding

    I hired Fixer on the Roof as we had some soffit damage and a leak coming from our cedar shake siding which had been installed incorrectly by the last roofer we hired. They repaired it beautifully and the picture sets were genius. I got to see the repair in progress and was kept up to date with email and phone contact updates. I like the way they do business so much I convinced my work to hire them to repair our flat roof leak as well. Trust me when I say this you can hire cheaper roofers but you will get what you pay for...these guys are worth their weight in gold! I felt they did a great job and were reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again if I need any roof work done!

    partial roof replacement

    I found that Fixer on the Roof was highly professional and had superb communication. The entire process was very transparent and everything was described in detail. After contacting them for a quote, the date for the work to be completed was booked for the next week. The work was completed within one day, everything was cleaned up perfectly and everyone involved was very friendly and thorough.

    roof repair

    I am very impressed that the owner is a woman! As a “fellow” woman entrepreneur I would like to support woman, especially a woman in trade. I am also extremely busy so I love that Trish and I were able to complete all the transactions from initial contact appointment through to final billing all through the email! I am happy to report my roof is leak free and I can now budget for my new roof in the spring. Highly recommend dealing with this efficiently run roofing company.

    roof repair

    I have worked with a lot of trades over the years and professional manner and customer service is just as important as the work getting done. I have no problem paying for quality when it is accompanied with a great customer service experience. I am happy to report that after having a long time historical leak that my not only did I get a quality repair but an excellent customer service experience as well. Thank you fixer on the roof team! I highly recommend these guys for all your roofing needs.

    roof repair

    I spotted a water leak in my bathroom ceiling after a big rainfall I had heard from my neighbor of Fixer on the Roof and called them. They were punctual, and explained what the problem was clearly, showed me pictures and kept me informed through the whole process. The job was complete in no time and since then I have seen no leak despite the late rainfalls in Toronto.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Roofing patch

    They came to my house quickly, working around my schedule. I particularly liked that there was personal follow up with a phone call. The issue was quickly diagnosed and as quickly addressed. They kept me in the loop through the whole process. Great service!

    Roof shingle replacement

    I was referred to Fixer on the Roof and told of their great service. From initial contact to final invoicing I was impressed by their quick responses and turnaround time. Their staff is a pleasure to deal with (both roofers and sales). Not to mention, the roof looks fantastic!

    Remove and reshingle roof

    These guys (Trish and Arthur) came highly recommended by trusted friends and neighbours. They were straight about the job, indicated that they will only do quality work and would not settle in cutting corners or simply doing a roof over. I know you hear that a lot, but they came through. Hey, Arthur and his team did quality work that was even noticed by passing contractors. They removed the old shingles, layed new plywood over my old roof boards, placed new shingles, did a great job at reventing the roof and left the place so clean, I barely had to go after them. During the whole job, Arthur was willing to provide updates on progress and suggestions for improvement. He even regularily emailed pictures of what he saw on the roof. I have already successfully referred them to others. No surprises.

    rebuild of deck which is the roof overtop of a bedroom

    Arthur and his crew at Fixer on the Roof, and Trish in the office, made this small disaster much easier to deal with. Their work was meticulous and professional, they were kind and pleasant, and they ALWAYS showed up when they said they would. They explained what they were doing, kept me apprised of what was happening, and asked if I was happy with the results. Great company!

    Tile Roof Repair

In less than an hour the job was complete and since then I have seen no leak despite huge rainfalls.
