    roof repair

    Trish from Fixer on the Roof responded quickly by contacting the roofing contractor in my area. Victor replied within a few hours and came to my house the next day. Victor explained everything clearly and then he sent me an estimate which was reasonable. He fixed my flashing problem a few days later. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. I’m confident that he fixed my problem. I have no problem recommending Fixer on the Roof if you have a roofing problem.

    Gutter and roof repair

    I was browsing homestars and found a promotion for fixer on the roof (FOTR) $450 to have gutters cleaned and minor roof repairs. I called and arranged for an appointment in October 2013. FOTR responded immediately and i was booking the appointment right away. Bruce from FOTR/Flawless Roofing showed up for the appointment with his guy. I really liked Bruce, he was very thorough and detailed. He did his assessment and we reconvened to discuss next steps. My roof required some additional work and we agreed to the extra cost first. Within about 2.5 hours Bruce completed the work. Pictures were supplied (before and after) and property was cleaned up. I was very happy with the service and would use Bruce and his team again.

    Re-laying of Shingles

    Bruce and his team did an excellent job in re-laying the shingles of my place. They were very friendly, punctual and timely in completing the job. Bruce also came back the next day & gave me a tour of my roof to make sure that I am happy with their work. Thanks Bruce & rest of the Flawless team!

    roof leak repair

    We had a leaky roof that was apparent with the most recent rainfall. Our BR ceiling is showing signs of this. Very worried with the impending arrival of more rain and eventually snow. Read the reviews here at HOMESTARS and am so glad I made the call. Bruce came around and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease very quickly assuring me that the roof was in good shape and the work needed looking after could be looked after immediately. Very professional work looks good to me as I watched the whole process. He also pointed out minor things that can easily be fixed on site. Overall, am a satisfied client. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Trish was excellent on the phone and was very informative as this was my 1st time using a roof fixer.

    Roof repair

    we had a leak that was most prevalent with heavy rains. Rick was fabulous and his team identified and fixed the problem in i think 15 minutes. Personable company, very efficient and HONEST!!! (worth every penny). We will be relying on them for a reroof in the spring. The one critique is that they're super busy which means you will have to be extra patient for follow up calls etc.

    Downspout

    Thank you Fixer on the Roof! I had an emergency with a blocked downspout which was so bad that it could have resulted in a flooded basement. John rushed to the house before a big storm was due to hit and solved the problem. Great service!

    flat roof replacement with blown in insulation

    Rick, Bruce and crew replaced my roof in June. Very impressed with their professionalism, answered all my questions and kept the site clean at all times.Would definitely use them again. Now looking forward to the winter with confidence!

    Leak repair, chimney, flat roof layer

    We needed a leak repaired, requiring the replacement of shingles and wood, along with the addition of an eaves trough, a new metal chimney and flat roof layer. Bruce and his team were very friendly and efficient, and answered questions along the way. They worked quickly and the clean up as excellent. We've had no problems with leaks and now have much improved rain flow and have been enjoying the peace of mind since.

    new roof

    I found them a reliable and trustworthy company.The guys gave me a Goldilocks estimate (Just right). The initial assessment was brief, yet very thorough. (He went up to inspect the roof and they don't all do that.) The crew showed up on the appointed day and worked solidly. Through-out the day, they kept me informed as to what was going on, so there were no surprises. I had seen them working in another location, so I knew what to expect. The guys took great care not to damage anything and before they started whatever needed protecting in the yard was protected. Afterwards the crew cleaned up and returned everything to its original location. The following morning, I couldn't tell that they'd been here except that I had a great looking new roof that no longer leaked. I would recommend them unreservedly. I'll give them a 10.

    fixing part of the roof

    Fixer on the roof provide very fast estimates and overall a very good clean job in fixing up my roof. I would recommend them to any one who needs to have repairs done on their roof.
