This year in April we had all of our doors and windows replaced using Northern Comfort Windows out of Barrie. The salesmen (Peter) was awesome and very knowledgeable. The install team Darryl, Jay and Jessie were fabulous. Definitely a good experience.

We have needed to replace our front door for years and finally did it. We changed from a double door entry to a single and couldn't be happier with the job. Thanks especially to Darryl and Jay for your friendly positive and professional attitude at installation

After having our windows replaced in July we decided to have a new garage door installed. Very happy with the job Darryl, Jay and Kevin did on the installation of the door.

I have owned several homes in the past couple of years and have used Northern Comfort on several jobs. I found Barry Woods (sales) to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Recently, I had my garage door and patio door replaced - Darryl and Jay did a great job - Thanks Northern Comfort.

I had the front entrance door and two patio doors replaced. The installers did a fabulous job and ensured everything was cleaned up when they finished. The doors look wonderful and there have been lots of comments about how much better the front entrance appears.

Kelly (Crew leader) and Mark (Installer) arrived at the arranged time. They worked efficiently and thoroughly to complete the replacement of 8 windows in my home. They worked well as a team to complete the job in one day. They used runners to cover the floors and swept and vacuumed at the end of the job to leave my home clean and tidy. They removed all the old windows from my property. When the windows were installed Kelly explained all the opening and locking mechanisms very thoroughly.

From beginning to the end this was great experience. Mark the salesman was very thorough on explaining our options. The installation went great, on time and left no mess, Jason and Al were very professional. I strongly recommend Northern Comfort.

We purchased doors almost two years ago, and unfortunately had issues, however, they were resolved because of Tony!! He was fabulous! Very professional. He is the reason we are very happy with Northern Comforts Service! Thank you Tony for all of your help & advice! With all of the trips that he had to make back here to replace the doors, or replace door handles (a few times) Tony always arrived with a smile! Thanks again Tony :)

The sales rep. Peter was courteous, professional and helpful, and the price was excellent. The installers were both excellent and very personable. The porch enclosure far exceeded our expectations and has received many favourable comments. The experience from start to finish was stress free and we would not hesitate in having future work completed by Northern Comfort, or in recommending Northern Comfort Windows and Doors to family and friends.

Running mats were used to eliminate and reduce installation and removal mess and all garbage was picked up at end of the day for a spotless job completion area. The professionalism, superior customer service and quality of workmanship we received are contributing factors in why we would recommend Northern Comfort Windows and Doors to others wanting windows and doors replaced.
