Salesperson was very courteous and professional and had answers for all my concerns.Order was submitted and time frame was met as promised and the installation team were very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are very happy with quality and look of our new windows.

I received an estimate and had the company send out their contracter in early summer.Patio door was installed along with the screen which arrived a few days later.The screen shifted and Northern comfort was there in a day fixing the problem.Job well done...

Fairly satisfied with the results but felt that it was a two day job that they crammed into l resulting in the installers being at our home until 9 p.m. at night and scrambling to get things cleaned up before they left. One of the windows was scratched and the doorbell was inoperable after they left. They did however fix everything to our satisfaction.

This company is very professional. The salesman(Dennis)paid attention to what we wanted and the installation was fast and seamless. The product is as promised and we are very happy with this job. We would recommend them to anyone!!

I had my two exterior doors replaced and i am very happy! When i called Northern Comfort they were great.From the person who took my call(sorry cant remember your name) to Peter the salesman,to the measurer(sorry again)to Jeff and Cliff the independantly wealthy oops i mean installers everyone was great.Now its to fancy for me and i'll have to get new windows to match. Wow! About as close to a perfect experience as you can get. Salesman showed up on time, answered all of my questions, did the measurements. A second appointment was booked for an installer to come out and verify the measurements. The installer came out (Jerry) and installed my garage door. The level of quality and attention to detail on the install and cleanup exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely call again when I need doors and windows installed.

Both the sales rep and technicians who installed my patio doors were amazing, professional and courteous. On the day of install I was also visited by the sales rep who wanted to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with both the product and the installation. “I WAS!” I would definitely recommend Northern Comfort Windows and Doors to anyone looking at upgrading or replacing windows and doors. From the quoting process to the completed installation, Northern Comfort Windows and Doors LTD were professional, courteous, on time and very reasonably priced. The windows were color matched perfectly, and look wonderful from the road. After completion, you wouldn't know anyone had been there, as everything was clean and looked just as it did before they began. Upon closer inspection, you could see the extra care and quality that went into the installation as all interior window frames /sills etc had been caulked nicely. Great job! Northern Comfort has done quite a few jobs for me with the latest being the installation of french doors. The workmen did a great job installing them, they were courterous and the main thing was that they cleaned up after themselves so there was no mess for us. They have done quite a few jobs for us from the installation of windows, doors and the addition of a sunroom. I would recommend Northern Comfort for any of these projects. Ronald Eakin 95088
