    New windows88

    We are very happy with the Windows they look amazing. Installers were quick and done a very nice job and very polite. And a big shout out to our sales representative Ghazal Conrad she was excellent at taking care of business helping where she could. And getting it done on time thanks a whole bunch. Joe and liz

    New Windows in Kitchen and Bedroom

    We purchased two windows from Northern Comfort Windows and wanted to share our gratification for the professional, efficient and very excellent quality of the installation completed by Dale and Darcy. The workmanship was top notch and they wre very diligent in ensuring we were happy with the product.

    All windows and a patio door

    Our salesmen came out in March, he was new and quite pleasant. There were many issues surrounding our order that I had to contact him and eventually he just stopped returning texts, and phone call messages. I understand the Green On had made it extremely busy and I tried to keep that in mind!! Our windows and patio door were installed later than we were told, with a lot of bumps in our order. I had to speak to Amanda in the install department a few times, and she was very professional and tried to get me answers as quickly as she could. Thanks to our installers Jamie and Ryan for putting some positive into our experience with this company. If it hadn't been for these two professionals our experience would have continued down hill. In the end we were happy with the product we were supplied, how beautiful they look on our home. Thanks you Jamie, Ryan and Amanda for turning a very negative experience into a positive.

    Service on door handle

    Had all windows and doors installed by Northern Comfort years ago, very happy with the product. Followup service was good until the past year or so. Had a technician visit to see about faulty front door handle and lock, he said it was from a manufacturer they don't deal with anymore but would see if they can get the parts. Waited about 4 weeks, called and was told still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. Called again today after 3 more weeks, was told oh it hasn't been ordered yet, a message will be sent to service dept. right away. Very poor follow up service

    Installers were phenomenal, lead time and follow up was atrocious

    When we started shopping around, Nothern was our cheapest price, so we decided to proceed. We were originally told windows would be in by mid August, and windows just got installed 6 months later. The communication and follow up was not pleasant. Asking our rep Eric about the status of our windows, we were given a response 'I honestly don't know', when in all reality it takes him a phone call or two to figure out the lead time. After finally getting a hold of someone, we were told half the windows were in at the end of August and the rest would be in the following week. Waiting a week to check the status of the windows, we spoke to another person in the office, and they informed us they had none of our windows in their warehouse. Fast forward, windows are in before the really cold weather hits, which is good. The windows look great, and the boys who installed them had all windows/trim up in 1 day. Mitch, Brandon and Allan did a excellent job! I understand it was hectic with the cancellation of the GreenOn program, and trying to satisfy every customer, I just hope in the future the communication between the reps/office staff improves. Windows/install 10/10* Communication 2/10*

We had been told that everyone who signed up for the program would have enough time to get their product installed, unfortunately this changed when the conservatives cancelled the program and imposed unrealistic deadlines. Having said that - there were hiccups in communicating with clients and we are definitely improving our processes based on what we've leaned. Thanks again for your review.

    Very Satisfied

    Although we had to wait 5.5 months due to the rebate program, Mitch B. and his team made it all worthwhile! Jeff was also great with the capping. They did an amazing job, they knew what they were doing, they were focused, and a great group of guys! So polite and respectful.

    Window Install

    Northern Comfort was the most competitive in pricing of the 4 companies I had Quote. I am very happy with the quality of Windows we received. Both Sean and Rick who installed the windows did a great job. They were very professional and the quality of the window install was excellent.

    Windows and doors

    Very knowledgeable installers and tidy cleanup. We have already noticed a difference in the warmth of our home with all the new windows and better fitting doors. Thanks Northern Comfort

    New Windows

    Although the wait time for the arrival of my windows was quite lengthy the install process with Sean & Rick went seamlessly! They were super efficient, friendly, cleaned up the house as if they were never here and did an amazing job! Great job guys!

    Window rebate

    Ordered windows May 2018. Hoping to meet deadline for rebate. Have not heard anything from our salesman Greg Flowers. Measurements have been done now 3 x however no contact from this company about installation. 3 days left then ? Cancel
