    Window Replacement

    Andrew and his crew, Brady and Antonius did a fantastic job. They were very considerate , polite and did a fine job cleaning the worksite. The installation went quite well and we are pleased with the end result.

    Window replacement

    We started our journey with salesman Ryan who's friendly attitude, knowledge and experience made us feel confident that we were dealing with the right company. When it was time for installation, we were fortunate enough to have what must be the best installers in the company! Andrey and Fred were friendly and courteous as well as being quick and conscientious. We love our new windows and with their great warranty, we will not have to be concerned for many years to come.

    New windows and a front door

    We had windows and our front door replaced today at my house by Andrew Havlis and his team. We are very impressed with the quality of their work.     Window Installation

    Ordered windows in June, were told September installation but turned out to be November. Barely done in time to receive rebate. Darcy and Dale were our installers and were very professional. Satisfied with how the new windows look.

    Window Installation Guys

    Darcy and Dale did an excellent job at installing my windows. Friendly and excellent customer service with explanation of what will be done, time needed to do it, as well as a great explanation of how the windows work. Installation and booking department definitely needs improvement with customer service.

    Replace 10 windows

    I was looking for a window company that has been established locally for many years and has a great reputation. I found Northern Comfort Windows very accommodating. Their price was right. Amanda was very professional. The installation team was awesome. Andrew and his crew are highly skilled at what they do. They made our experience very comfortable and did an amazing job.

    windows

    The double pane windows are not anywhere as good at filtering out the outside noise as the sales person said they would be. They are no better than the old ones.

    Window installation

    Dale and Darcy were courteous, knowledgeable and very motivated. They worked well together and communicated well. They cleaned up after the work was done. They showed us how the windows work however since they finished in the dark we did not get a chance to inspect the windows closely. We did a visual inspection in Tuesday and Wednesday and found that there are some issues that need to be resolved. Please make sure you send someone to see the defects in person.

    Window Purchase and Install

    Replaced 10 Windows. Window quality (after adjustments and 3 replacements of newly installed windows) is good. Installation crew was fair at best. First repair crew NG. Final repair crew arrived with new windows and no complaints since. Although final result is good, journey was unacceptable. Crew poorly trained and supervised. Call return so-so. No attempt made to compensate or apologize for botched initial installation

    New Windows

    Excellent service right from the beginning. Barry Wood came to our home and right away he felt like family. He listened to our concerns and and then guided us to purchase the windows that fitted our needs. Next, they came in to install. Again very professional and friendly service. I know when we finish replacing the rest of the windows we WILL be using them again.
