very satisfied showed jup on time cleanied up after the job yes i would refer other people. they listened to what we wanted to habve done. paid attention to detail from the beginning of thew job.

got our kitchen window replace by QSI we our happy for its installation and they had a very good service to in there office and the guy who asses our window is very helpful

I recently had a bay window installed in my parents house on Sherwood Rise Street, Hamilton. The salesperson was professionally and knew their product. The window was install just the style we had ordered and the team was professionally and got the job done right. Congrats to that team.

QSI provided a great experience in our purchasing of replacement windows, and doors. Their experienced crew very efficiently installed the new windows and doors, and the quality of product was excellent . Clean-up was super and there were no problems. We were extremely satisfied. James their salesman was terrific in suggestions.

Initially the salesman seemed very friendly. However, he became extremely pushy and rude. Initially I only wanted a single window replaced, but he said they don't do jobs that small. The windows themselves are beautiful and the installers were exceptional.

At their suggestion which cost more money, we elected to have the entire window and frame s replaced...that revealed a few rotten frames (boxes) and saved future expenses on redoing the job. We also had two window openings enlarged which gave much more daylight.

We had our bedroom windows installed this winter. the service was really good. the windows were installed in half day. the sales representative answered all our questions very well. we are enjoying a warmer room now. Good company.

I would like to say that we got QSI to come in and check the windows and give us a price on them. We had all of the main floor to do and also the basement ones as well! at that time we got all the main floor ones done from them and they did them in good time and were friendly worked well and got it done. Then i got them to come back and also do the basement one as well which they came and did in no time. The guys were nice. I would recommend them to anyone as well for windows.

The company installed new windows and doors for my entire house. The company was very professional with the quote- right no target. They took care to not damage any of the interior or exterior of our home. They time frame was fulfilled. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall very satisfied!

The installers were wonderful and very couteous and I would recommend this company to my friends and family with no problem. The cost is a little higher than some companies but the customer service and products were great
