Their service has completely went downhill since QSI was bought out. They refuse to stand by their products. Need their storm door handle replaced. They refuse to stand by the products that they use. Not only will they not cover it under warranty - they flat out refuse to assist or fix their products even as a paying customer. I still have thousands of dollars of windows to replace and I WILL NEVER RETURN TO QSI. I pity any one that turns to this company. They don't care about their products or customers. Bottom of the barrel company. Please go elsewhere

During the estimate of the bedroom windows the salesman mentioned that if i have any issues with the windows that they will be covered under warranty the issue i have is the crank handle broke september 2020 first call to customer service said somebody will get back to me never happened 2nd call I was transferred to customer service no answer I left a message no call back 3rd call to customer service said that the company has changed hands and will re enter the issue into their system I dont know what that has to do with the warranty July 2021 still waiting If the company doesnt want to honor their warranty I just wish they would tell me instead of playing the game.

Jason Hurnacki made a service call to replace a window with a broken seal. The window fit perfectly and was replaced in minutes. Jason took the time to explain how to care for the crank on our casement windows to keep them opening and closing smoothly. Jason also looked at the broken latch on our front door. The door is a double door with a latch to keep the left hand door stationary. The latch had broken and Jason had the parts on his truck to fix for us. He also spotted a broken screw and replaced it. The door is now much more secure. Great service! Highly recommend Jason for his excellent work.

I had my QSI windows installed today, Corey and Dallas did an amazing job.They both were personable and professional in there in there time here at my home .The windows look great inside and out. Would highly recommend.

From beginning with the visit to the showroom to the completion of the work I was pleased with every aspect of the professionalism. The crew arrived on the time specified and completed both entries within six hours. The men worked as a seasoned team and were meticulous in their clean up. My Canadian made doors look great with a twenty year guarantee that sealed the deal. Would highly recommend this company . Thank you

The installation was done in a very professional manner and the installers were wonderful and very mindful of our home. Clean up was great and we love our new doors.

The crew arrived on time and finished in about 4 hours. They matched the colour of the flashing with what we already had and tidied up without any problems. We already notice two things with the new windows: 1) it's warmer 2) it's quieter!! Thanks QSI!!

I cannot say enough how glad we are that we went with QSI! We had several other quotes and decided to get one from QSI assuming that they would be too expensive! Well I was surprised and very happy that our consultant Mike took the time to explain everything in detail and to have us come to the showroom and it was then that I changed my mind on my front door I picked because visually seeing it I didn’t like it so I choose another one! We choose to go with QSI even though there price was about 2,000.00 more however we got a lot more for the money we spent. We waited about 7 weeks to have them all installed and were so happy with Chris, Giles and Dave! They were very professional and answered any questions I had and were very friendly . They were here for 3 days and each day cleaned up and took away all the old material ! I cannot believe the difference with the new windows and doors! There is less noise , the ac works so much better and I don’t need to put the heat on high! This has been a great experience and we would recommend them to anyone! We still have a bathroom window to do and will use QSI again next year! Thank you so much for a great job , Russ & Di Triggs

Have used QSI in the past and have always been very happy with them. Did our upper floor in 2017. Had a couple of glitches in this install but they were fixed right away...from sales to install to payment we had a great experience again.
