They did an exceptional job, with a good clean up, they were fast and efficient, and used quality products, they were very informative. Also, they were on time with their delivery, and had no hidden costs.

We needed windows replaced in our entire house and had QSI supply and install the windows. They were very informative during the consultation and measurement appointment. When the installers arrived, they were polite and professional. They took their time in completion of the details of installation, such as the appearance of the caulking and cleaning all of the windows when they were done. They also finished the inside of the new windows for us.

Set a time frame and was always prompt showing up.Answered all concerns pre and post installation.Worked around unexpected obstacles during installation.Followed up on added repairs need post installation .Tried to be as neat as you can with major work around finished work.Reasonably priced.Just be aware that entrance stoops change when new doors put in that affects the smooth entry with wheelchairs or cane users.
