we were very impressed by the whole experience from their sales to installation. They did everything they said they would and more. We are now referring them to my father inlaw.

salles representative was very professional and helpful in selecting the product and style they we were looking for.. the product had a slight defect and the representative was very responsive to our concerns and the result was very satisfied customers. we have employed this comany many many times over the years and have yet to be disappointed in their workmanship, produt line or professionalism.

They guarantee their product and services so if they don't do it right they will come back and fix it. The white trim on the back window was not done to our satisfaction and they came back twice. they back up their guarantee. seals were also guaranteed

We had to have our old windows taken out to have the new ones put in. The installer was very polite and answered all of my questions. He was very clean and friendly. The price I was quoted was accurate and he was on time. I couldn't be happier! Thanks QSI! Definitely will use you guys again!
