    replaced thermal coupler on hot water tank

    Thanks to Brenden, service tech for Mr. Swirl, who arrived to asses the problem with our hot water tank (no hot water - we discovered that the pilot light had gone out, and we were unable to re-light it ourselves). His manner was friendly and calm, and shortly after his service call we had hot water again, so in that way it was most successful! He also offered clear information about standard warranties on hot water tanks, which proved to be helpful in moving ahead quickly with the repair. Timeliness left a little to be desired, in that my understanding was that he would arrive around 2:00 pm, and it was not until about 2:30 that the office called to let me know he would arrive 'within the hour' - which he did. Additionally, I believe that the nature of the problem and what we had done so far had been explained during the intial call to book the service, however when he arrived he seemed to have no knowledge of that information. My conclusion from this is that some communication improvements between the service tech(s?) and the office handling the bookings would be a good next step for this company. Re: cost - I have no idea if it was good value for the money; we needed the work done and that was what it cost and we paid it. I'm fine with that. Very happy to have hot water again!

    replaced 2 thermostat and 2 elements

    daniel came in and did the job perfectly,he is a good technician and i feel comfortable with him. and i would not hesetate to recommend this compony to my friends and family

    Delivering and installing a toilet, bathroom sink and a faucet, and removing the old ones.

    I am more than happy with the prompt service I received from your company. The plumbers, Shawn and Jay, were pleasant and polite. They worked very professionally and performed a sterling job. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anybody.

    CLEAR MAIN SEWER

    spetic tank mainline dip

    fast and reliable work and on time great explanation of everything that was to be done very helpful about all other issues involved as they pumped my septic tank fixed my main line and call in the restoration company for me

    Leaky sink :(

    I had to call close to Christmas for a leaky sink. Mr. Swirl sent Daniel out that day and they gave me a window of time so that I didn't have to sit and wait. The service was prompt and friendly and Daniel offered me an honest quote. What a relief that the problem was solved much easier and sooner than I expected. Plumbing problems can be a nightmare and usually the work is done on the plumber's schedule. Mr. Swirl catered to my problem in a friendly professional manner. I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

    Drain Blocked

    We have a garbitator that didn,'t chew up potateo skins very well. We ended up with a blocked kitchen sink over the X-mas holidays. Daniel arrived dec 27th and took care of our blockage problem quickly and efficatilty, from Mr. Swirl. He arrived approx 1hour after the first call was made. He was freindly and proffesional from the moment he arrived. I was very pleased of the service we received.

    plugged drain leading to main sewer line

    We have used and recommended Mr. Swirl several times in the past and have always been extremely satisfied with the service they have provided. This time we had a clogged drain leading the the main sewer line. They were here within an hour, and had us fixed up in no time. We will definately use Mr. Swirl again.

    leaks when flushing the toilet

    I was very pleased with the service I was provided by Mr. Swirl. I was called on the day of to see if it worked out for my technician to come out a little earlier, as they had one on call. So, they sent out someone earlier which was great. When he arrived he assessed my problem and was totally up front on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It turns out that we found more that needed fixing as we went along and my technician was more than open to stay longer than the initial time to fix my initial problem. Again, he was up front on how much more it would cost to do and how long it would take to do the extra work. Throughout, he was considerate, polite, efficient, and tidy. Thank-you Mr. Swirl for such a great job and the on line coupon for $22 off the job was much appreciated too!

    Plugged, prblematic main drain

    I have a house that is greater than 40 years old. Drainage through house main pipe had become slow and was backing up. I called Mr. Swirl and they responded with a service call within 24 hours. I requested that a preliminary investigation be done with a camera to pinpoint what the problem may be. Being that no serious problems were in vision, Mr. Swirl plumber recommended a jet cleaning of build up that was in pipes. He was efficient abiut his work and also cleaned up after he was done! The only way I knew he was ever there is that I have had No More trouble with my drainage! Thank You for your professionalism.
