    Septic Tank Pumping

    Both the dispatcher over the phone and the technician (Milo, I think) who came out to my house were very pleasant and courteous to deal with. Milo brought more than enough pipe to reach the septic and did a good job of cleaning it out without wasting time that I might be on the hook for paying extra for. This is the first time I have used Mr Swirl and I was impressed. I would certainly use them again. For septic work they are very well priced compared with some of the other companies I have used. I would certainly have them again and recommend them to others.

    Plumbing Problems

    This is the second time we have called Mr. Swirl. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful when we explained that we needed service quickly. Again, Shawn arrived within a short period of time, and had our problem fixed. We were very happy with Shawn's quick work and professionalism. It is obvious that the guy knows his stuff and we have full confidence in his work. We also appreciate that he takes the time to explain our options and has the patience for our questions.

    drain cleaning

    Daniel came out promptly, gave me an estimate and explained the work that needed to be done. The job was done efficiently, the area was completely cleaned up, and there has been no problem since. Daniel also explained how to minimize the potential for problems in the future.

    Fixing Kitchen Sink

    My Kitchen Sink was liking. I called Mr. Swirl. Chris came on Monday and fix my Kitchen sink in less than hour. I was very happy with his customer service and perfessionalism. Very nice and clean work. The only thing surprised me was for a small work like this I had to pay $288. I am now wondering I should have do more price research among other companies which I will do next time. But, i was very pleased with Chris's work. thanks

    Bathroom sink not draining

    I called Mr. Swirll at 9 am and a very helpful woman gave me a time between 2 & 4. At 10 am she called back to say Daniel could be at my home wiithin the hour. He arrived promptly and worked at getting my bathroom sink unclogged. He was very professional, gave me an estimate before starting the work and left the bathroom clean. I would recommend Mr. Swirl to my friends.

    Repace kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet

    Daniel came from Mr Swirl and replaced both of these items and then came back again to install a pressure valve regulator. There were follow up visits required to get everything working properly and I was pleased that they returned quickly and dealt with everything professionally and thoughtfully. There was a follow up call from the office as well, to be assured that it was all working well, which it was, and so I appreciated their wonderful service, very much.

    Garborator not working

    I have used Mr.Swirl a few times, their technicians are quick, friendly and always get the job done. Any time a friend has a plumbing problem I always recommend Mr.Swirl.

    mainline blockage

    Our mainline was clogged and sewage water was beginning to flood our basement. Mr.swirl was at our house within 25 minutes, and cleared the blockage. They even called the restoration company for us, gave us great advice and got things rolling. We are very happy with the service.

    toilet repair and garborator

    The technician spent less than 2 hours (including travel time to pick up one item) replacing a toilet fill valve and one other item under my sink . I was charged $385 for labor (which included a $22 discount. This company is charging exorbitant rates because they now charge per job, not an hourly rate. They have terrible customer service and I could not get a supervisor to speak to on the phone. She sent me an email. Terrible prices. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere and get better rates and customer service.

    Drain Tile System and Watermain Replacment

    We retained Mr. Swirl to help use with a huge job. Dean and his Industrial crew proved to work very hard and diligent to get our system up and running. The work was done to our satisfaction and we would definitely recommend Mr. Swirl to anyone.
