Water damage
Work was very well done. Bob went over all of the steps in removing the water and damaged flooring and walls in our basement. He explained in detail what we had to do and where the problem began. His workers came in and out quickly doing an amazing job mess free. I didn't have to walk behind them picking up their mess! Very professional. Highly recommended.

Wet rugs and carpet cleaning
Our living room and one of our bedroom windowswas left open and our carpets got wet. We had 5stardryall to come in to dry them. They took out under pad and installed new one after they dried and clean th carpet. The took the rugs out to plant to clean them professionally. We were very happy with their great customer and restoration services. We already started to recommend their services to others. We will use their servic with no hesitancy. Bob was very professional, polite and very kind man.

Flooded basement

Carpet Cleaning
I had a wonderful experience with 5 Star Cleaning and Bob Geran who treated me very well. I would highly recommend this Company and have done so already. My carpet need cleaning badly and Bob picked it up and brought it back very clean. I was very happy with this service. Anna Lannon

Carpet Cleaning
We had renovations done, creating a lot of dust and wear in carpeted areas, and needed a really good clean. Due to reno delays, I was forced to call and reschedule my appointment for cleaning twice, but 5 Star was very accommodating and changed my bookings with no problems. The two technicians arrived on time and did the job quickly, and were very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Carpet Cleaning
This is the second location that we have used 5 star for carpet cleaning services. Once again, they performed excellently. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional and paid attention to details. Will use them again as the need arises.

Water Damage in Basement
Our sprinklers system had just been serviced and we were told everything was in good working order. 5 hours later my basement was flooded. 5 Star Cleaning came the very next day and did a full analysis of the area and recommended only what was necessary to dry everything properly. Fast, friendly and reliable.

Flood and water damage at my house
5 Star dry all respond was quick. The services was great. Bob and his crew were knowledgeable and professional to deal with. They did what they promised to do. Bob even washed a couple small rugs for a very fair price. The restoration result were very satisfactory. We will use their services again in future. We would recommend them to others.

Flooded basement
I have a special thanks for Bob from 5 star cleaning restoration who helped me with my flooded basement with my insurance claim and deductible.. I was also very happy with the greatest water damage restoration services I got from Bob and his crew. I would for sure use their services again and I recommend them to others.

I looked company on a Google and read excellent reviews. Bob came promptly. His pricing was very good. I felt comfortable after hearing his expert opinion. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep i.e.warning that some of the stains on chair might not come out. I appreciated his honesty. Bob did excellent work and I'm happy with the results. Thank.You.
