    Flooded basement, water damage restoration

    Bob and his technician Danny were very punctual and professional as promised to come in in late evening for our flooded basement restoration. They were very detailed and considerate and very polite in drying and restoring of our soaked stuff in basement due to broken pump I basement. We were very impressed and happy with their services. We recommend them to others in similar situation when needed. Thank you Bob and Danny for a wonderful job.

    Clean out moldy insulation and clean carpets

    Bob said they'd come at 1:00 and they came at exactly 1:00! He said I'd get an estimate and the job could be completed right away if I gave to go ahead. That's exactly what happened. Excellent, competent, and quick work! Would definitely use these guys again!

    Rug Cleanin

    Rug cleaning

    Top quality work done on our large area rug. I received consistent, informative communication from Bob throughout the process. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made very relevant and appropriate recommendations. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

    rug cleaning services

    We had some togh stain on our carpets and 5 star cleaning did an amazing job!! They were on time to pick it up and gave us back in just 5 days....love their service and definitely recommended!!! Thank you for your great work!

    sofa cleaning

    I would recommend Bob and his service but please make sure that you get all the information before cleaning regarding your product. The sofa he cleaned left some yellow spots at several places ( he cleaned twice) and that was according to him from inner cushions. If I would knew I would have taken out the cushion covers and get them drycleaned. He realised that ( i sent pictures) and came second time and remove 80% of the spots but there are few places which are prominent that I can see its not gone.

It could be nice and fair if you mentioned there were old blood stains on your sofa, you never scotch guarded your sofa before and Bob specifically told you that stain removal is not guaranteed. Any how, our technician managed to take all blood stains out. You still refused after second cleaning, we did our best (no charge) to scotch guard your sofa again to protect your sofa from stains to sink in in future. In your case, we did our best. We believe in what we do is right since we do our best. 97% of our customers appreciate our services and we are proud and thankful to all.     Rug cleaning

    Great rug cleaning services. I found 5 star cleaning online on homestars, based on their reviews I called them. Bob and his helper did come in and picked up my rug and drop it off after cleaning. I could not believe it is my rug, wow, very clean, all stains were out. My rug became as clean as new. I am very happy with their services. I recommend them their rug cleaning to others. I am going to do my carpet cleaning with them end of spring as well. Thanks

    Flooded basement

    What a nightmare when you have some people over and in the middle of everything and holidays your basement gets flooded by some carelessness. Their toddler left the tap water running after use and everyone was out, there it goes most of basement flooded. We found some companies online and gave them a call. 5 star dry all was one of the first who responded quickly, They came in dried the area and chanaged the undepad. Set up thgeir drying equipment. Cleaned the carpet and also disinfect the whole basement. The process of drying took 3 days. We were very happy with the services and the way they handeled everything were very professional. We would like to thank them and also refer them to others .

    small flooded areas in our house

    We would like to thank and give our special appreciation for 5 Star cleaning emergency crew for their great flood restoration services. Our second floor bathroom tap was broken and got our bathroom and some parts of our bedroom wet, We were lucky we found out soon enough that decresed the water damage. We got this great company through homestars site and called up. They came in quickly and they dried the wet areas and set up their equipments for 3 days. It was very professional and great services. We for sure recommend their services to others. We are happy this incident did not ruin our holidays plan. Happy holidays to 5 star cleaning staff and others.

    flood and water damage to our house

    We were very happy with 5stardryall in dealing with our flooded house and water damage to couple of bedrooms and main floor. We left our laundry machine which was set up on our master washroom running while we went our for quick shopping. When we came back less than an hour, we found out that laundry machine was broken down and you imagine. We found 5stardryall on home stars and called them up. Bob was very quick to respond and came in with his crew in less than one hour. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Bob explain everything in details and he also attended to our questions and concern as came up during the whole process of drying and restoration. In 5 days we had our house back in order. Our adjustor was very happy with their services provided and so were us. We would like to refer the to others in emergency situation.
