    leaking problem, flood and water damge fixing

    We found Five Star flood emergency and clean up in Home stars with great reviews. We called five star company to come to deal with the flood caused by the ceiling leak problem in our family room that was coming from the bathroom upstairs. We were so worried that we had pluming issues and so on. When Bob and his helper came, they quickly found out where the water was coming from and they were also able to change couple of things in water deranging part of bathtub. We were actually surprised that flood emergency company can be handy man and do the plumber's jobs too. well done. They were able to fix the ceiling in couple of days, very nicely and professionally. The area is well blended and It hardly can be seen. Now we use our bathroom comfortably without any leaking problem. I usually do not write review, but We were very impressed with the excellent services that we decided to do it.     rug and carpet cleaning, Stain removal, other services

    We have a cleaning company that cleans houses and offices. We work very closely with Five Star rug and carpet cleaning services on ongoing bases where our customer needs stain removal, deep carpet & rug cleaning and scotch gaurding for either new or old furnitures and also their flood and watar damage services along with Mold and Meldew clean ups. We strongly recommend them to our clients. We do get a very positive feed back from our clients re their excellent services. We also use their cleaning services services for our own home and officce as well on yearly bases. We are very impressed with the professional and amazing services that we get each time. We also recommend them to others if they need their great services. Looking forward to do more business with 5 Star Cleaning in future both for us and our valued customers

    Carpet cleaning

    Rug and carpet cleaning &scotch gaurding

We are happy and pleased with your excellent services on few rugs cleaning for us. Very nice crew and professional, and great team work.     carpet cleaning our 5 bedroom house

    Wow, very very impressive with the quality of the carpet cleaning we got from Five Star Rug & Carpet Cleaning company. Bob and his helpers were magic workers, very polite, caring,skilled and fast. Our 5 bedroom big house carpets became clean , stains free and fresh in coule of hours. We really enjoy our clean house. Thank you so much. We will do it again on yearly bases. We recommend them to our families, friends and others.

    catpet, sofa and chairs cleaning

    Thank you for doing such an outstanding job in cleaning my office carpets, sofas and chairs. They have not been cleaned for a long time and had few stains as well . What a difference it made after cleaning. Almost all of my employees noticed the big difference in being so clean , all stains were gone and smelled fresh. Almost everyone noticed on Monday, some even asked if I had changed the carpets and furnitures over the weekend??? I would like to thank you FIVE STAR RUG & CARPET CLEANING for their excellent job. We now have a great company to call yearly. My review says it all, I would strongly recommend them to my employees and others. "

    Sofa cleaning, stain removal and scotch Gaurding

    ""5 star company did a great job on cleaning and removing stains from our old sofas. They also disinfect and scotch gaurd them too. My wife and I were thinking to get rid of them and buy new sets of sofas. A firend of us refered Five Star Cleaning and said give it a try if it did not work then buy. So, we called them and they saved us lots of money which we decided to keep them. They became so clean and fresh. we are very happy with their professional and efficient services. we recommend them to our friends and others, before trying to buy a new furniture consider to clean them first for reasonable price. We decided to ask them to clean couple of our rugs as well. The pick up and delivery was free. They were able to clean them on time for our x-Mass party. Thank you so much Five Star and Happy New year."

    Carpet Cleaning

    We had few rugs and valuable carpets that needs to be cleaned. We called this company to do the cleaning. We used couple of other companies before, their services were good. But we are very happy with service and price of Five Star Rug & Carpet Cleaning company. They are professional and we strongly recommended this company services.

    office carpet, sofa, chairs

    Five Star Rug and Carpet cleaning did Outstanding job in cleaning my house carpets, sofas and chairs. They have not been cleaned for a long time. They did great job, with fair price and very good customer service. They were very professional and efficent. Thank you we strongly recommend them to others.

    Sweage back up in our basement

    We had sweage back up in our basement. We called at least 3 companies, but Five Star was much quicker to respond and gave a better quote. They came almost immediately.They explained exactly what they will be doing next few days. They were very polite, knoweledgable and proffesional in managing the flood. We were very happy to deal with this company, with no hastle and the result was great. We strongly recommmend them to others for in need of flood emergency so you do not have to go through what we went (calling few companies in emergency situation), where we could save some of our stuff from basement before the help gets here. Thank you so much Five star flood emergency crew, mostly supervisor,Bob for being so considerate and caring.
