    water damage and flood

    Our tenant's basement was flooded due to their(elderly couples)fridge problems. They called us and we found Five Star Flood emergency in Homestars, and send them over. They went there taking control over the flood, and making sure that our elderly tenants are taken care off as well. They had very strong equipment that extraced water very quickly, they set their equipments there for 3 days. Our floor is laminated, they moisture checked it and it was wet, They dried them so it does not collect molds. They fixed the basement in 3 days with minimal disturbance to our tenant. They patiently explained to them what to expect in those 3 days that they were around. We really appreciate for their very detailed and proffesional job while making our tenants life a bit easier until basement was back to normal. When our adjastor came to check, he was also impressed with their proffesional job as well. We are very happy with their excellent job, great price and quick respond. We strongly recommend them to others who need flood and water damage services. They do offer other cleaning services as well. It is good to know. Taniya & Terry

    Runners, stairs, stain removal

    Happy Ending for a Runner of a Day Here is my story about a modern day super hero for parents, Five Star Rug and Carpet Cleaning, in a true action-packed adventure in the life of a family. I came home this afternoon to find five of the stairs of my home had grease spots on the carpet runner going upstairs. I am not sure how it happened, but there it was. I called my husband, and we realized that we had to act fast before it set. Where was a mom to go? The internet of course. I visited HomeStars.com, a site I like to visit because it gives me reviews for home improvement stars before I call. I looked for carpet cleaners in my area, who could visit within the next few hours. I was fortunate to speak with Bob Geran of Five Star Rug & Carpet Cleaning (www.5starcleaning.ca) who arrived within an hour. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He told me his carpet cleaning is chemical free. And most importantly, he helped make our carpet runner look as good as new. In addition to rug and carpet cleaning, Five Star Rug & Carpet Cleaning offers 24/7 Emergency Services for flood and water damage. I hope that I will never have to use this service, but if I do, I know who I will call. A home disaster was diverted, and a great carpet cleaner is in my book for future visits. This day definitely had a happy ending.

    Rugs cleaning

    We have few rugs in our living room, dinning room and family rooms that we would like to clean pofessionally every year since we have young children and a pet. We used couple of other companies before, their services were good. My husband told me that one one his co-worker used 5 Star cleaning and he was very happy with service and price. We decided to give them a try. We were impressed with their customer service, their price and punctuality (we needed the rugs in 4 days). They did pick up and delivery for free, they moved the furniture in order to get the rugs, and they put the rugs back by themselves again for no extra charge. Our rugs were so clean, stain free and very fresh. So, finally we are going to stick to 5 star cleaning. They provide so many other services including even flood,fire, smoke and water emergencies. We got their business card in our office for next time. we would like to thank Bob and his heplers for their outstanding services. Thereasa & William

    Carpet Cleaning,Stain Removal,

    "First time client of 5 Star cleaning company and will be from now on. What a nice staff and very caring. We are very pleased and satisfied with the amazing job in cleaning and taking away the nasty stains that my cat and two little puppies left on our carpets and rugs. I have used another company before, but I was not as happy with their job that's why I tried them. They have great customer review and excellent feedbacks.     water leaking from celling of bathroom

    We called five star company to come and fix the ceilling leak problem in our family room that was coming from the bathroom upstairs. We were so worried that we had pluming issues and so on. When Bob and his helper came, they quickly found out where the water was coming from and they were also able to change couple of things in water darinaging part of bathtub. We were actually surprised that flood emergency company can be handy man and do the plumber's jobs too. well done. They were able to fix the ceilling in couple of days, very nicely and proffesionally. The area is well blended and It hardly can be seen. Now we use our bathroom comfortabely withou any leaking problem. I usually do not write review, but We wrer very impressed with the excellent services that we decided to do it. Thank you Bob and John for the great services.

    Rug cleaning

    We arrived in Toronto with a rug that had been packed up in poor shape- cat pee, child debris, etc. Five Star arrived to collect the rug, took it away, cleaned it and returned it, unrolling it (difficult job) where we wanted it. The rug was very clean, and they promised they had removed all traces of cat urine, and treated it with something to help protect it. Unfortunately, the cat did not agree, and went back to peeing in the same spot and scratching it up, so we had to retire the rug to the basement for its own good. But Five Star were very professional about it.

    rug, carpet cleaning, stainremoval, stretching, sctochgaurding,....

    In our company, basically most of the employees uses Homestars for their required home services and renovations. Couple of my co-workers and I use five star company services. We are writing this joined review to thank them for their great and excellent job. In GTA, if you need carpet&rug cleaning, stain removal and stretching carpets call FIVE STAR RUG and Carpet cleaning. They were amazingly great with services that we got. Magic workers when it comes to stain removal and stretching. Very happy and very satisfied with services, what can we say more.     rug cleaning and repair

    we had few rugs that needed to be clean and one needed repair. We found Five Star Cleaning company through homestars and called them. They gave me a fair estimate. They also clean and repair them in 4 days as I requested. The picked up and delivery was free. They did amzing job both in cleaning and repairing the rugs. What can I say, fair price, great job, very punctual and very good customer service. I will most possible will use their services again and I definietly will recommend them to others as well. My parents already did their carpet cleaning after we refered them to Five Star Cleaning. Thank you. Moe. K from Toronto

    rug and carpet cleaning

    We are extermely pleased with Five Star cleaning Company, who did an exceptional job in cleaning few rugs and carpet that are all so precious to us. Honestly, We were a bit nervous when we called them. Since, We have used other companies before, Five Star not only did a better job but aslo saved us more money too. I also got extra 20% off by LIKE them on facebook. Very fair price, very nice gentelmen, and very respectful. We have this company's business card on our Frig. for future services and we strongly recommend them to others. Thanks.
