    Persian Rugs and Carpet cleaning

    Wow, congratulation on your 2011 AWARDS for your great services and reviews , I do not usually write review on any services I get, but I will be doing so to help others about their services as well. For this year's(Persian New Yea, spring cleaning, I called Five Star Rug and Carpet cleaning based on their great reviews and customer satisfaction to come and clean few silk and fine Persian rugs and some carpets. I was very happy with the great and super services that I received . Thank you so much five star cleaning professional staff for doing such an amazing job ,very punctual and great price.     spring cleaning, carpets, rugs, runners, pressure washing

    Conguratulation on your 2011 Award winning, indeed you deserve it for your excellent services. Thank you so much Five Star Cleaning for doing a great through spring cleaning for us. Our Persian new year starts on first day of spring. Each year traditionally, we have to wash and clean the whole house. My wife used to do it herself manually and so on. This year I decided to treat her well to a proffesional cleaning by Five star Rug and Carpet cleaning that refered to us by a family friend. The did amazing job in not only on cleaning rugs, carpets, and runners,..... but also disinfecting and scotch garding them as well. So my wife do not have to worry about cleaning until next year. We would like to thank the very nice, proffesional and skilled staff of this company. I would gladly recommend them to my persian friends and community and also others to take advantage of their great services and very fair prices. All the best.     Mould&Medew from wet basement due to leaking and Odor removal

    Wow, Conguratulation on your Award winning of 2011. That is amazing. Good luck in future and all the best. It was a while that I was thinking to hire a company to take care of the leaking problem in our basement where it collected mold and smelled very bad. I found Five Star company through Homestars and called them up with no hesitansy with their great customer reviews and satisfaction. I am gld that I did. What an amazing company and great customer service with very efficient, proficient and polite staff. They took great care of the problem and all the mold and smell are gone.!! I really recommend their honesty, great services, fair prices for such an extensive job and very considerate people. Thank you Bob and the crew.

    flood and water damage restoration in our basement

    Thank you FIVE STAR FLOOD EMERGENCY and Restoration for providing us with the greatest services we could ask for. I do not have time to write a review for every single services that I get during the year at my home, but I thought this is worthwhile to thank Five star company for their excellent job and also let other people to know that we should leave the job to professional since we can not do everything by ourselves without knowledge and expertise. Our basement was flood where we have our office too. We called Five Star company through Home stars to come and take care of it. They have excellent customer service and very professional in their job. They also have very good communication skills and are very knowledgeable. They responded and came Very quickly, which I appreciated for my very busy life. Bob patiently have given Mr so much information on what to do and not to do while they were on their way to get to my place. They did the job in timely manner with minimal damage to my basement and they saved most of my office documents in the basements. They also disinfect and cleaned the basement afterwards and fix it beautifully. They told me how to prevent this kind of incidents for next time and things need to be taken care off to prevent future flood in my basement. We are very happy with their services and definitely recommend them to others in need of their services. Congratulation on your AWARD WINNING for 2011.

    Rugs cleaning

    Five Star cleaning did an amzing job, I have few precious oriental and persian and other delicate rugs needed to be cleaned. My rugs were cleaned very well. I also got free pick up and delivery. They were punctuall both on pick up and delivery too. I loved their great customer services and fair prices. I could not ask for any better services. Thanks guys. I certainely recommend them to my family,friends and you.

    flood and water damage

    Last week while we were at work our home was flooded due to problem from our washroom sink in our main floor . We were very panicking, I quickly went Home Stars site and found Five Star Flood emergency company. Bob and his crew were so quick to respond and took control over very fast and Bob managed it very well. My house was back to normal in less than 4 days with minimal damage to structure or my stuff. We were so happy with their great services and very nice and polite and down to earth people with the very reasonable price. They turned our nightmare to adventure with their very reassuring, calm , and supporting staff. They also fixed and replaced the part in sink that was broken(great handymen). We happily recommend them to others as well for their amazingly good services.

    Rug and carpet cleaning &scotch gaurding

    Very pleased with the great services with high quality job for few rugs and carpets cleaning plus dis infecting and scotchgarding them. Very proffesional, efficient and sufficient services with using no chemical , only green cleaning solutions. I gladly recommend their high quality and great services to others with no hesitency.     office carpet & sofas, chairs cleaning

    "Outstanding job in cleaning my office carpets, sofas and chairs. They have not been cleaned for a long time. What a difference it made after cleaning. Almost all of my employees noticed the big difference, some asked if I had changed the carpets and furniture over the weekend???     Green carpet and rug cleaning

    We are so happy with Five star rug and carpet cleaning for using the green and eco friendly services for their cleaning solutiond and products. My both children has severe allegies to dust and so many other things. So having green and natural products is very important to us. We appreciate their great services and very reasonable prices for such an excellent job. We will use their services onongoing bases, make sure you will do too.

    Carpet Cleaning

    We got our place recently cleaned from 5star. While the service was great in terms of setup and actually coming for the appointment, I would rate the service a 5. However, the after results of the cleaning, we were really hoping that it would be much more better than what it is. Our carpet was not horribly bad or dirty rather I feel it just required a bit more than what was done. We did find marks from the machine etc on the carpet, and that was very disappointing. I personally do not like when carpet cleaners leave machine marks behind. Overall an OK job.
