    Purchase and installation of hardwood and carpet

    Fantastic across the board! Ben and Jeannie's knowledge and customer service are superior to anything I have experienced. Their passion and emphasis on customer care is a priority right from when you first meet them to well after the job is complete. The installation crew is also very professional, courteous and fast. Price, selection and quality of the products is exceptional. I highly recommend Floors Direct North to anyone wanting the best of the best.

    hardwood floors and kitchen flooring

    My floors were installed on time and the workmenship is just excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Floors Direct North to anyone. Ben & Jeannie are one of a kind people. Very, very pleased with the service & installation. Vilma, Newmarket, ON

    New hardwood throughout house

    We searched for hardwood to replace carpet in a house we were in the midst of purchasing. After visiting 10 or more companies we stopped at Floors Direct North and met Jeannie. She was so knowledgeable and offered us so many options all at great prices. Working with Ben he made the install very easy and we were able to have the hardwood put in prior to moving into the new house. The install crew were great as well and very professional

    hardwood flooring

    After shopping extensively for hardwood flooring I found Floors Direct North. Not only were their prices excellent the service I received was fantastic. Ben and Jeanie were very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right floor for me. Their installers did a great job and were also very friendly and respectful of my home. It was a pleasure working with all the staff at Floors Direct North and I would highly recommend them.

    hardwood floors

    i was looking to update my home with a modern look and decided that hardwood flooring was the best route. I visited numerous stores in the york region area and i found that no store provided a combination of well priced product and knowledgable and friendly staff. Luckily I stopped into Floors Direct in Newmarket. First, the staff are very firendly, accomodating and their knowledge and guidance in helping me select the perfect wood for my home was untouched and no other retailer came close. What I could also not beleive was the pricing (in some cases 40% less on comparable items) and by the far the best value out there and conbined with the friendly and knowledgable staff tyhis store should be the choice for any homeowner or contractor looking to purchase flooring. Ben and his team are now installing carpet throughout my basement, I only wished i discovered this gem several years ago!

    Install hardwood and carpet through most of the house.

    Buying new flooring was a big deal for us. After months of looking, the moment we stepped into Floors Direct North we knew we’d found the right spot. A great range of products at fantastic prices was only the start. What we really needed was helpful, friendly and genuine guidance, and that’s exactly what we got. Questions were answered knowledgeably and we genuinely felt like our needs were the most important part of the process. We found the products we wanted (hardwood and carpet), had them installed by the fantastic fitting teams, and couldn’t be happier with the results. We can’t recommend Floors Direct North more highly – thanks to them our home looks stunning. Take the stress out of finding the right floor and go visit them today – we’re positive you’re making a great choice.
