    bathroom flooring & carpet for basement

    We're very pleased with the flooring and carpet from Floors Direct. Ben and his crew are amazing!!!! Great price, service and very knowledgeble..... Placed the order for the bathroom flooring on Saturday and installed by Tuesday....Can't beat that! Will be using them again for our bedroom carpet in the future.

    Laminate Flooring

    We just completed our basement renovation and wanted to put in a review for Floors Direct North in Newmarket. We were doing about 1300 sqf of flooring for our basement and had already been to about 4 other companies looking for the perfect laminate flooring for the right price. After finding out about the Floors Direct North store in Newmarket i decided to check them out, and wow are we pleased we did! You will not find a more patient and friendly group of people who genuinely want to help you find the right product for your project. They carry a vast range of products and know every facet of the products they represent. If they don't know something they call the manufacturer and get the correct answers for you. Ben the owner is fantastic, we are pretty picky when it comes to colours and textures and he allow us to take home sample after sample to view the samples in our home, all other stores were forcing us to buy a box in order to accomplish this. The time and advice he provided surly helped us to find the just right product for our project. Over the last 10 years I have purchased over 5000 sqf for hardwood or laminate flooring and this is by far the best company i have dealt with. If you are in the market for hardwood, laminate or carpet look no further than Floors Direct in Newmarket.

    family room floor/upstairs hallway and stairs

    I had the pleasure of meeting Jeannie and Ben and Brian a couple of months ago. the first job they did for me was my family room flooring in laminate--I can't tell you how many compliments I have received on the flooring numerous ones. the installer Jay McClure did an exceptional job, he was very clean and tidy and a super nice guy to work with. the second job was to redo my upper hallway and stairs, Floors Direct North sent a great guy named Marty Cunningham--Marty did an outstanding job it looks as if he took the entire railing and spindles off before laying the carpeting-------- absolutely an outstanding job I would highly recommed Floors Direct and their staff (who I might ad are wonderful people and very knowledgable) also both Jay McClure and Marty Cunningham both men definitely know their business and I would not hesitate to hire this entire team again. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job

    Major reno: new hardwood, carpet, tile & stairs (2 floors)

    Combination of old carpet, tile, linoleum and hardwood needed to be replaced on main & 2nd floors in our house. Jeannie & her team were recommended by my sister for both quality of their work and prices. They did not disappoint! They gave us great advice when deciding on the various materials and scheduling the work. We ended up with the following: - Kitchen, powder room & laundry room: DuraCeramic tile - Family Room, living room, dining room, hallway & stairs: Engineered hardwood - Upstairs bedrooms & hallway: Carpet From the demolition to the installation, the quality of work was great. The customer support was fantastic throughout, as they were in constant contact with us to handle any questions or concerns immediately. We're looking forward to working with them again on our next project!

    Hardwood flooring, hardwood stairs with wrought iron pickets and carpeting.

    If you are planning to change your home flooring, Floors Direct North is your one stop shopping centre. Thanks to the knowledgeable and professional staff, the selection of hardwood, carpet and stairs was made easy on our part. The installers did an excellent job -- they were professional, courteous and very considerate of our needs during the installations. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.     Carpets fitted in 3 rooms and a loft area

    Floors Direct North fitted carpets in several areas of our house. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and the two carpet fitters did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our new carpets and would recommend this company based on our experience with them

    Hardwood Flooring Throughout Home

    We have saved for over three years and researched pricing and quality for hardwood flooring for our home. From the minute we walked through the door we knew this was the place to go !!!! We were treated fantastic. Jeannie is a godsend. I couldn't describe what I wanted and Jeannie wouldn't stop until she found what I was looking for. We never felt rushed or pressured. The entire staff was so helpful from start to finish.We were assured how things would be done from pricing to install and I have to say it has exceeded every expectation we could have had. The gentlemen that installed the floor (yes gentlemen) were so detail oriented that we were amazed. Ben came to make sure everything was perfect. We would recommend this company without hesitation.     Hard wood floors for an entire house

    This is THE flooring place to shop at, and trust me - I visited many! From the outstanding selection, the very competitive pricing, the high quality of their products and of course the TOP of the line customer service, you will not be disappointed in any way when you buy your flooring from floors direct. I went in completely overwhelmed, but Jeannie showed me beautiful samples (and by "showed" I mean ran around the store matching floors to the cupboard sample I brought in, checking them in different lights, listening to me go back and forth incessantly...) and let me take them home. (Please take good care of the samples they so readily lend out - they actually have to purchase these from the companies!). In no time, I knew exactly which floors were the ones for me! I would never have found these if it wasn't for Jeannie who is indeed an EXPERT at what she does! She will go above and beyond to make sure you find what you need. Thanks again for everything Jeannie! Definitely 2 thumbs up!! :) Michele and Dan

    Installing stairs carpet to two sets of stairs

    We were referred by a friend, and after we saw the work they did for her and being so nice to her because she had just lost her husband. He had be in the store prior snd was pleased with what he saw, Jeannie remembered him. This meant a lot to us and we had been in mind to get caarpet for both set of stairs (main floor and basement). We went to the shop and our friend hadn't been wrong about Jeannie, she was so busy at the time and seemed to be rushed off her feet but she had time to spend with us. What a wonderful lady she is. Of course we purchased from her and made arrangements and above all the price was terrific. The installers arrived right on time and got to work right away, they were fantasticn and friendly, cleaned up when finished. We are very pleased to say that we have no problem referring them to anyone and have done so already. Jeannie puts your faith in customer service again. Thanks guys and will be back. Kathy & Tom

    Carpet for basement and stairs
