    Install New Carpet

    From the time we walked through the shop door until the job was completed we were treated with total professionalism. The sales staff showed us carpet that was on sale and didn't try to force high priced materials on us. The range of materials was excellent. The installers were professional in every way and the finished product was of the highest quality.

    Hardwood Flooring

    I never knew buying hardwood flooring could be such an enjoyable experience. Ben & Jeannie were great from start to finish . Very knowledgeable about their products & we ended up with an all Canadian product which I'm very pleased with . We were so impressed we ended up buying laminate for our basement - which looks amazing. Thanks again - Janet

    wall to wall carpeting

    We recently had carpeting installed in 2 bedrooms. Ben was most helpful finding the best match for us, giving us a choice in price range. The carpets were installed quickly and professionally. We're very pleased with the service and quality of the carpeting. Thanks Ben and Jeannie.

    Installation of Hardwood Flooring in Living room

    Just wanted to share with everyone how great this comapany is. When we finally decided to go ahead and get our living room floor done, I didn't know what to expect. I actually walked in off the sidewalk into Floors Direct North and left with an install date! Jeannie was amazing and incredibly friendly. The owners name is Ben, and was incredible. Very genuine people. I can not say enough good things about this company, from the second I met Jeannie to the second the installer left my house, I was amazed by this company. Flooring Direct North is a company that I would recomment highly. I paln on using them again for our bedroom and hallway. Continued Success to everyone at Floors Direct North...you deserve it!     1100 sq. ft hardwood flooring - by Superior Flooring

    Ben and Jeannie were friendly, professional and very helpful. Jeannie sent us to a home that recently had the same floor we picked and that helped immensely with our decision. Their installation crew were on time and also very helpful and overall the installation was excellent. The floors (Hickory:character grade) look GREAT!! I would highly recommend Floors Direct North. (and their prices were less than other quotes we received).

    Home renovation

    I have used Floors Direct North twice now to replace flooring in two different homes. Ben and Jeannie are very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I was able to stay within the budget I set, the installation was set up to accommodate my schedule and the floors looks great. I have and will continue to recommend Floors Direct North.

    flooring

    I love this store, when I walked in I was greeted by Jeannie who turned out to be extremely knowledge and within minutes was able to show me 4 designs that I fell in live with. I walked out with a huge sample to test at home . I came back the next day and we wrote up the offer. Prices were great as was the service.. Thank you to Jeannie, Ben and Sanketh for making this huge purchase quite easy !!! Brillant people. Service was impeccable .many thx Vanda

    OPAL laminate flooring

    We were ready to buy from a different store untill we saw a large sign FLOORS DIRECT. We arrived just before closing, talked with a very knowledgable and helpfull sales lady, stayed for around 45 minutes, took some samples home,and happly made our decision. We chose the OPAL laminate 13mm. All the staff were very nice to deal with, and they always returned our phone calls. Would we buy again from them? YES! THANK YOU ALL

    supply/installation of hardwood flooring.
