    Patio Door Replacement

    I am very happy with the new patio door. It looks beautiful and works like a dream. The locks on both screen and door work well and are safe and secure. Henry has very good customer service skills, he is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I got a quote the same day I contacted them and an appointment two days later. I will gladly recommend Imperial Windows and Doors to my family, friends and neighbors.

    Entrance door change

    We needed a new entrance door at our home. Henry was very thorough with his evaluation and information about his service. His price is competitive. He and his brother did an excellent work, they took their time and cleaned up everything afterwards. Our new door looks beautiful and we enjoy it very much. Many thanks to Imperial Windows and Doors!     Basement windows

    Imperial replaced our four basement windows and clad the outside with vinyl. They did a great job.

    Replacement of window hinges

    Thank you Henry for fixing my windows. I recently had to have some windows parts replaced hinges from Decora windows. I contacted Imperial windows and from the moment I spoke with Henry , everything went smoothly. I can honestly say that dealing with Henry was one of the most stress free experiences Ive had in dealing with this kind of thing. Highly recommend.

    new doors

    I replaced patio doors and a garage door. The communication, timeliness, workmanship and cleanup were great. I'm completely satisfied with Henry and team. Highly recommend.

    Glass replacent

    Excellent costumer service and the window quality is amazing. They responded right away to our request to replace a pane of glass in one of our windows. I would definitely recommend reaching out for any window replacement needs.

    New Windows & Bays

    Henry and his crew did a wonderful job installing 2 new Bays with casement and 3 windows with slider. The crew was on time from the beginning to the end. They paid a lot of attention to details and cleaned everything after work. Thank you a lot !

    Door replacements

    Front and side door replacements. Took a day but excellent job. Work was impeccable. Finishing was perfect. Would have them do another job in a heartbeat!

    Replacement window

    The HomeStars reviews of Imperial Windows and Doors convinced us to to call them in our search for someone to replace a leaky window. And we are so happy we did. It has all been said in previous reviews. Wonderful customer service, great communication explaining everything they would do and why, reliable, timely and very professional. There were no changes to price or timing. The product, installation and clean-up were all great. We will be replacing a number of our other windows soon and are thrilled that we have Henry to rely on for that.
