Towards the end of winter, we decided to replace a few windows in our house. After conducting an online comparative search, we decided to engage Imperial Windows. We based our decision on value, quality of service (during and post installation) and price. After contacting the company, Henry reached out to me. We worked through the process from selecting windows best suited to our house, measurements, installation to cleanup. He was a pleasure to work with. He was a true professional throughout the process - he was knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. I would have no hesitation recommending Henry and Imperial Windows.

From the get go I found Henry and the imperial team to be professional, polite and very helpful. The instal was well done and clean. Henry even repaired issues the previous installers had made before I bought the house. I ordered a solid door in custom pink colour with a window at the top and I am very pleased.

I was so nervous for our new entrance door as ordering from a catelogue doesnt always give you the perception you want. Henry was amazing to deal with from the initial meet and measurement until the finished install. First let me say when we were looking at choices he was able to help me choose on what would be good and what would not based on his experience and the location of the door. We took his advise and picked one of the 3 offered and could not be happier! Henry kept in contact, scheduled the installation, arrived on time and work completed. We walked through his process, showed me the work completed, cleaned up his work area inside and outside and overall done a fantastic job. I have asked him now to quote me on doing the big bay window to match. I would highly recommend Imperial doors and windows and will certainly use for our next project.

Henry has an excellent customer service approach, the window casings were not to our complete satisfaction so he offered for a reasonable price a nice alternative after all work completed. Moreover, for windows with problems he came personally to check and arranged service for us. Very satisfied, strongly recommend.
