Henry was EXTREMELY great to work with. From months of communication as were getting a custom door he was very patient with us as we took our time deciding. To when he came out to do measurements and finalize the project. To the installation process the whole experience was very smooth. Henry is very knowledgeable and assisted with decisions. I had all the windows and patio door replaced. Henry and his team did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. In the future when I replace my entrance door, I will call them back.

Henry came to our house, he showed us exterior doors, styles, available colours and hardware. He measured and gave us a date for installation. However the door was delivered earlier than we expected which was a nice surprise. Henry did impeccable work and when installation was completed he cleaned up. There was no mess left. I highly recommend Imperial Windows and Doors. The price for the door and installation was the best price we were quoted from several companies. I would have Henry from Imperial Windows and Doors again. Great company.

We needed to replace our old wooden sliding door and was referred to Henry. Although we obtained other quotes, we decided to go with Imperial as we found Henry to be extremely responsive and professional. The installation was smooth and they thoroughly cleaned the area after they were done. We would reach out to Imperial again.

From the very start of the process, Henry was very knowledgeable about the different products, provided different suggestions based on our needs and provided a very competitive quote after comparing with 3-4 different companies. Once the selection was finalized, Henry was very responsive and answered any questions we had regarding the locks and handles as well. He answered all emails very timely and also managed to beat the quoted time to have the door installed. On the installation day, Henry and Mo showed up on time and did a fantastic job of installing the door, and most importantly, a finished product we were happy with. Henry was extremely helpful and very understanding of our unique situation. To better facilitate a power wheelchair user's independent access, Henry recommended a wider front entry door (42") with a no-rise 'wheelchair sill'. Seven windows were also replaced. Henry advised us of the "Canada Greener Homes Grant" then guided us through the application and energy audit processes. Bonus! The windows and door are top quality and very beautiful. The amazing installation team was respectful of our personal space while doing their work and left the site spotless. Ours was a large job and we are totally satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend this company. We will use them again to replace the last of our aging windows.
