Imperial Windows and Doors replaced our front doorway (ordered April 2022, installed July 2022). The experience exceeded our expectations in quality, workmanship and level of service. Henry was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance in selection of product options; sidelight glazing choice was a unique value add. Service was always prompt, reliable, performed with care and to a high standard. The finished product looks great and performs well. No hesitation in recommending.

We are very satisfied with the job, from the initial measurements to the final installation. There was a damaged screen at installation, which was replaced the next day.

Exceptional service, very satisfied with my main door (fibreglass double door) and basement door, price was reasonable, infact best out of all the different quotes that I got. The doors were delivered and installed on time and they cleaned up after the project was completed. Would definately recommend Henry and his team for all windows and Doors projects.
