I would highly recommend this company. As many of you are aware , trying to get a company of any type to call you back has been a struggle, but Henry called me back promptly, arranged an in home appointment, took time to show me all the options available, and offered professional advise. These guys know their trade, I am so happy with the job they’ve done. They arrived on time, they moved everything away from the work area to prevent the possibility of damage, they also cleaned up the area. I will be calling these guys for all my window and door projects, thanks Henry, I love my new doors!

I hired Henry from Imperial Windows & Doors to replace my garage and front doors. He came with his brother for the estimate and explained the work that would be done and showed me all the options. The garage doors went in first, and I was happy with them. Then Henry and his brother came last week and installed my front doors. I'm very happy with the their work, I love my doors! I had a great experience from the time Henry came to give me an estimate to the time Imperial finished the work. I contracted them for a big job including 5 windows, front entry door and a sliding glass door. Everything went smoothly. Henry is responsive and courteous. He came back the day after everything was done to replace a part that was lose. I wouldn't have noticed it myself. This shows me that he is genuinely concerned about his customer's satisfaction and the quality of his work.

We wanted to replace all windows (6) in our house but we wanted to go brick-to-brick to get the old frames changed (we knew they were original and more than likely rotten by humidity). After doing months of research and talking to many business owners, we finally ended up to hire Imperial Windows and Doors. Henry is amazing and he is one of the only one on the market who doesn't try to sell you the typical "we are the best" speech. He was ok to do brick-to-brick while many other installers are really pushy to do only retrofit but he was honest enough to let us know the work can be a bit messy due To the fact our house is made of old plaster on wooden lath instead of drywall. We've been through quite a lot of back and forth with him about the colors inside/outside, the opening technology and he never showed any sign of frustration. He is patient and good at explaining. Once ordered, it took around 3 months to get the windows ready to be install and full crew of 4 guys came up and did all the installation job in a day. Henry came on site and spend few hours with us to do the fine setting and be sure we were happy with the product. Overall this is a nice company with good product, great service and fair price. No need to go the fancy big name out there and pay twice as much. With Henry you're in good hands.
