    Home Alarm

    We have been with United Alarms for 1.5 years and have found their customer service excellent, their technicians knowledgeable and on time and their products fit our needs. As well, their pricing seems fair with what else is in the market. I would definitely recommend United Alarms to anyone looking.

    Alarm

    The installation technician was on time and very efficient and knowledgeable. Only had alarm a short time but so far no issues. We've had great service so far. Would recommend to friends and family.

    Alarm system

    Called in for a new system. Prices were fair and agent made it easy to book an install. Prompt service, and installer was on time. would recommend for simple alarm systems anytime.

    Alarm system

    I didn't receive a returned call the first time but I decided to call again. They were very apologetic and received prompt and efficient service thereafter. Only have had the system for a short time but so far no issues.

    Service is disgusting

    This company has no pride in the hardware they sell - fail in 1.5 years, leave customer stranded in middle of holiday time with no security. Refuse to send repair tech same day, demand extra charge of $75 to fix their own broken equipment. Will never use them again.

    home alarm

    Installer was great and on time. Service has been flawless and customer service as well. My key fob broke after a week and a new one was sent immediately. Would recommend.

    Home Alarm System

    We were robbed last year so decided to get an alarm system. I did a lot of research and talked to many people about their systems. After settling on getting quotes from 2 other companies, I discovered United Alarm and learned they were the Consumer's Choice winner in Calgary the past number of years. I called them and within a day a sales rep came out and explained everything in language we could understand. There were no hidden costs. We had the system installed within a week and our installer was great. He was fast, efficient and helpful. The first week my husband accidently set the alarm off and even though he called United, they also called back to make sure he was who he said he was. So far, after only a month, we are very pleased with United Alarm and would recommend them to our friends and family.

    New Alarm Install

    United alarm was prompt, courteous and on time when dealing with all facets of their company. From phoning in for a quote to the on-time installation specialist, everything was top notch. Keep up the good work!

    Service, product, response

    This is my second Home with United Alarm. From my first phone call to get a quotation sometime ago to the latest response just a few days ago from the monitoring station, all services has been outstanding. There has been overall consistency and no bad surprises. There is no hidden fees in the invoicing, the people at the office are very accommodating and the most important the response team is very quick to call you when the alarm goes on. Since I started using United Alarm I have been very satisfied and would highly recommend them to someone who want to protect their home and family. Also on a side note you can meet someone live, not just a phone call!

    United Alarm

    Reason I selected United alarm were -locally operated (their monitoring center is in canada) -monthly price is competitive.. specially if you are looking for a GSM system. -fast response time (quote details were emailed in few days, installation was booked in couple of days and finally prompt service). I had an issue with the GSM signal, the part was ordered instantly and it was installed in couple of days. Overall, I would say save your time .. i did the leg work..United will offer you the best value for the decent price
