    Alarm System

    We had our Alarm System installed by United Alarm. They have a very high tech touch screen keypads and yet very user frienldy. They even provided us a remote/clicker that is very helpful to arm and disarm system. When they installed the device , it is so quick because all are wireless. We glad we have them installed our system, they even have nice and good technician. If you need alarm system, we highly recommended United Alarm!

    United Alarms

    I highly reccomend United Alarm I accuquired there services for the simple fact they are afforadble local and they are proffesional they left my house clean and answered every question they are really good

    Home security

    I had been with United alarm for over 5 years. I have no complaints with the company. If i had to ask for service and support they are always there to help when you need the most.

    Inhouse security

    They have been our home security company for 9 years. we are proud to say we have been safe for all these years. We get propmt service. When we travel we send a quick note with new contacts and they are updated within 24 hours.

    United Alarm Security System

    Bought a pre-owned home with United alarm setup already. So I thought to continue the service with United Alarm. The technician who came to activate the system is not punctual and he came late evening and while changing the battery he gave wrong connection which made some sparks in the board, From that day onwards the battery is drained off fast and I called the technical service and they ask me some service charge for the technician to come and check the problem and also I need to go for some contract if they have to service the control panel. I am looking for some releiable security system now.

United Alarm seeks to create enthusiastically satisfied customer every time, so it is disconcerting to hear that you have not had a great experience with our company. Unfortunately when a client takes over a used system, sometimes issues can arise because the equipment is old. We always try to address all potential issues when the technician is on site, however sometimes things can arise after the fact. We do offer to extend our customers contracts in order to avoid services fees and keep our clients happy. This is the same as any alarm company. If we had to replace equipment in the first place, you would have had to sign a longer contract anyways.

    Bought an alarm system

    I was robbed by a tenant I had living in my home, but after he left, I thought he had a key, I changed the locks, but I think he was still getting into my house. I called many alarm systems, and everyone wanted a contract and then you had to pay for false alarms and on and on. The people at United Alarms were not pushy, they were concerned and knowledgable. when I said I wanted to buy one, they got right to it pricing out what it would cost. I decided to do it. I drove over there, they got everything preprogrammed, and went through the entire process with me in detail. I went home with the box and installed it myself. I'm so happy with this alarm system. It works. I even called Tech support and they helped me over the phone. this is the best system I've ever bought. they were courteous, professional, prompt and gave me correct instructions to do this install myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Alarm / Monitoring

    I've been a customer with united alarms since 2005 and I've never had problems like some people are saying. i think they are fair, and they are always friendly and polite and eager to help me.

    Home security

    These guys are terrible. We were with them for over 2 years. They told us we would own the equipment over the phone, then told us something different once we had signed the fine print (pages of it!) Twice over the course of two years, we accidentally set off our alarm, they did not call to check up on us to see if everything was alright in either situation. Finally after about 15 minutes later, WE called them to explain it was a false alarm. Their response "Ya, that's what we figured, so we didn't bother calling you." Both times we could have been held up at knifepoint. Horrible service.

    United Alarm Home Alarm System

    I purchased a pre-owned home and took over the hardware and signed up for service with United Alarm. Their service has been less than satisfactory, I am on the telephone with them over the 3 months thus far, 15 times. I am so frustrated, just waiting for the term to end. They are the epidemy of basement run amateur shop, with no accountability, no organization, integrity or honesty.

Unfortunately when we take over an old system that was not installed by our company, sometimes the equipment doesn't function well due to age or the quality of the original install. Often these systems work great, and other times the equipment may eventually need repair or replacing, and United Alarm cannot warranty another company's workmanship.     Alarm System

    We have been with United Alarm for over five years and two homes, and have been quite satisfied with the level of service, responsiveness, and value for money. I would definitely continue to use them in future homes.
