    Security

    Don't use this company! This company is fine until you want to leave. We were treated terribly when leaving despite being a long-term customer. We are very sorry we ever used this company.

    We are so sorry to hear about the negative experience you received from our cancellation department. United Alarm policy is that we needed a signed cancellation letter to cancel any account. As United Alarm is responsible for the security if over 60000 home in Calgary alone, this can seem to be a little more work then canceling your cable.     Security System

    After going with this security company for more than 8 years I moved and I was still obligated to pay for the security system in the old house when I did not even live in the city. I had to go on disability for a high risk pregnancy and could not pay for this service in a city I did not even live in for only one month because I had to wait for the disability forms/cheques etc. After only one month of non-payment in 8 years they threatened to put a lien on my old house and ruin my credit. This is complete overkill for being a good customer for 8 years, not living in that city anymore and a situation I could not control.

    Alarm Installation

    We contacted three alarm companies, including United Alarm. We selected United Alarm as our alarm provider because we felt their approach was straightforward, direct and upfront. The salesperson came to our home and advised as to what we needed versus some other companies that decided our needs based on some questions over the phone. Our salesperson, Bob, was informative and never tried to get us to sign up "on-the-spot". Rather, he advised we consider his suggestions and call the next day. We feel United Alarm is very competitively priced and good value.

    united alarm

    great service, they replied to my question with in minutes with the answers to what i was asking for best customer service thank you very much for your help .

    United alarm service quality and ending contract issues

    Great service. Feel safe. Was with them for five years and felt safe with the response. Their dealings in case of ending the service even without contract in place was not a good experience.

    United alarm service

    These guys are excellent alarm service providers. Advised about the service best suited to our needs. Installation service guy was very courteous, quick and efficient in installation. They also offer excellent referral bonus as opposed to other companies which gave us quote. Highly recommended.!!!!

    Security Alarm Reactivation

    Alarm Service

    Wanted to get service from a local company and decided to take a chance with United Alarms. Andreii was an experienced installer showing up and completing the install and cleaning up after he was done. In an age of outsourcing, it helps knowing that the service is local. Have had no problems and complaints in a month and half since we moved here. Great job United Alarms. Cheers Santosh

    Alarm System

    These guys are awesome! Easy to deal with, catered to what we just wanted and needed. Installation was a breeze! They did not have installation fees as opposed to other companies we've inquired from. Highly, highly recommended!!

    First Class service

    First in service to meet my home security needs. Included some automation that works perfectly for my needs. No hidden costs and straight forward estimate. There monthly fees with the extras still beat the 3 other estimates I had.
