    Security System

    We originally had a Honeywell system but when the contact term ended in 2008, we switched to United Alarms because their monitoring fees were significantly lower. We did some research first and they seem like a good company. The motion detectors and door contacts were the original Honeywell devices but the control panels were United's. The installation of the control panels went well and there hasn't been any issues with the system for the 7 years that we had the system. Whenever we contacted the monitoring station for testing, they seem capable and knowledgeable. We noticed some earlier negative reviews on service, which we can't comment on since we haven't had any problems. Our experience has been good so far.

    Alarm System

    Great Company so far, Install was a breeze, Called for an appointment, tech was on time, really friendly and did a great job, helpful in showing us how to use the system. Have had 2 follow up calls to make sure I was happy. System is working well so far. No complaints!

    Alarm service

    Very friendly service. Provided straight forward information on their pruduct, and informed on costs of product and cost of monitoring the system. No hidden costs or surprises after installation. Also very helpful with extras that I requested so system conformed to my needs.

    home security monitory

    United Alarm service personnel are very helpful, responsive and friendly. For less money and more active monitoring than my previous service provider, United Alarm placed more monitoring points in our house. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Home Alarm

    Great customer service and professional business. Very fast response time and was easy to talk to. I would recommend this Company to anyone who is interested in having a great customer experience.

    Home Security

    Quick install and easy to understand system. The salesman and installer did an excellent job in utilizing existing field devices to work with the new Control Panel. Definitely would recommend this to family and friends.

    Home alarm system

    We did some extenisve alarm company review and had three representatives in our home to evaluate our needs and present their products. In short, United offers the highest quality products, with equally comparable customer service in a locally owned and operated company. Installation was quick and simple with no unanticipated issues or costs showing up. The installation technician was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful in explaining the system and use. A month into our service we're very happy, the system is functioning as promised - no false alarms, no gremlins or bugs. We're very happy with our choice of United Alarms!

    Alarm installation

    Installation went well and price is competitive with industry standards, but customer service since installation has been less than satisfactory. The call center has been rude to us a number of times when calling about a disturbance, and twice put us on hold for extended periods of time despite us mentioning that the call was regarding a disturbance. This is a safety issue.

    Wired Alarm system

    We got our new home already wired by united alarm and they have very nice rate ti go with. Only issue is the person wo came to install is not friendly. Leftwith messy all over.

    Home Alarm system

    Contacted with United alarm for the home security system installation, the response was great. Installation went smooth and their response during operation is quite good as well. I feel it is a good option.
