Reply created 28 Nov 2012Hi Jane. As appliance repair people, we tend to see the same issues over and over again. A 1 month warrenty is given becasue normally if your part is working for that long, and all of a sudden something happens, its noramlly something else. Hopefully you will enjoy your new washer.....

Our service call rate is $80 and once the tech arrives he gives your the price quote for the repair, should you approve the reapir cost, then the service fee is voided. Our techs have been with us for a long time and know not to begin work without quote approval. Since you were charged this price, you must have approved that. Also, with any appliance repair company, parts are extra.
