    KitchenAid Dishwasher

    Prompt, same-day service, if a bit on the expensive side. Turned out the problem was with too much gunk build-up which prevented the water from getting all the way up to the upper spinner.

    Washer

    Uri was the service engineer that helped resolve the blockage in my washer. He was on time for the appointment however i was a few minutes late and he was very kind to come back for the appointment, He not only did a fantastic job of rectifyling the problem but also set the right expectation and ensured he gave me the right advice to avoid future technical problems. Excellent service and would recommend his expertise anytime. Thanks for your help! Nina.

    Washing Machine repair

    On a Sunday my washing machine started to make a grating noise. I looked, online, for a 24/7 company and found service4appliances. When I called I was able arrange for a technician to come on Monday. I was very pleased that he was able to come so soon and he was able to fix the machine quickly. It did require a part but he machine was usable. The part came in about 1 and a half weeks later and within 2 weeks my machine was fully repaired and working well. I will use this service again,.

    Gas stove repair

    Service 4 appliances responded quickly to my request and the service person Mike was very friendly and professional, and diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Given the quality of service, the labour charges were reasonable, however, the required replacement part seemed to have a significant markup which we discovered later. Be wary of replacement part costs, but otherwise this company provides very good service.

    refrigerator repair

    the service received from SHAI was very professional. he was very helpful with suggestions on how to take more care with the appliance that was repaired. i am quite happy to write this review. James

    Washer repair

    Only two words. Amazing service! The technician was knowledgeable and competent. I feel total confidence. I was totally impressed with how the appointment was booked. I filled out an online form, got immediate email confirmation and they actually called to confirm the appointment a few hours later. I would recommend them in a flash!

    Washer Repair

    Our washer was making a grinding noise, so I contacted Service 4 Appliances. Their online form was easy to fill out, and a contact person called to confirm the appointment. The repairman was prompt, efficient, professional and HONEST. That final word was what impressed me most about the service - he could have charged me for a pump, which would have added to the cost of the repair, rather than simply removing the blockage. He was also friendly and polite, which made the experience very positive. Thank you for your honest, professional service!

    Repair of Dish Washer and Stove

    Uri was very professional, efficient and expedient in his role repairing my appliances. As a result of his services, I would recommend your services to anyone. That said however, whenever recommending your company I would also make sure the person to whom I'm making the recommendation, that your services are very expensive. Comparatively speaking and relative to other repair services in this area, your prices are very high. This has nothing to do with Uri. In fact because of his efficiency I probably saved money.

    Oven repair

    I would not use this company ever again. We had a problem with the broil function of our oven and a technician was sent out. He was very helpful and identified the problem as a defective igniter. He replaced the part at a cost of over $500. A quick test showed that the oven now had a broil function again. The next day, when we used the broiler for the first time, after about 10 minutes we noticed a lot of smoke coming from the back of the oven and could smell what smelt like burning wiring. We phoned the company to request the technician come back to have a look at the problem only to be told by "customer service" that this would incur a call-out fee plus charges to repair the new problem as this could not be the same issue. This company does not know the meaning of customer service and, even though the technician was very helpful and pleasant, their after-sales service does not support their work. The attitude and behaviour of their customer service rep was deplorable and at total odds with that of their technician, and unless they can get this corrected they will never see my business (or that of my friends, colleagues, acquaintances) again

    Repair of Refridgerator

    I would not recommend Service4Applicances to anyone. I am writing this review to help people understand that this company does not in any way stand behind their work. I have a problem with my GE Monogram fridge which for some reason has a problem maintaining a level temperature. I called in August to have this problem repaired. The technician came out and determined that I need a new fan. I ordered the fan and paid approx. $560.00. After the fridge was repaired I called back to tell them that the fridge was not working. I was under the assumption that I had a 30 guarantee. The technician came out again and told me that some other problem was causing the temperature fluctuation. I thought that he wouldn't charge anything, but he told me that it was a different problem and the minimum amount he could charge me was $180 + tax. I didn't agree, but paid him as I didn't want to cause a problem. He assured me that the fridge would now work properly. The next day I called back and told them that the problem was not resolved and that I was not going to keep paying the to "guess" what the problem was. The customer service people told me that the head technician would call and offer a solution. Needless to say after several calls and promises that I would receive a call, I never received any response. I wrote them a letter asking for my money back and they wrote back to tell me that they did not do anything wrong (no offer to come and look at my fridge) . As I had told them that I would take them to small claims court - they reminded me that they would sue me for court costs. It is now November and my fridge is still not working properly. To add insult to injury my icemaker stopped working after the first appointment. I now have a fridge that is in worse condition than it was before I called them and I am out $762.00! There are serveral other reviewers that have had the same experience when the original appointment does not solve the problem. Please go on the Better Business Bureau website for more information. I'm sorry that I didnt.
