    Dryer,WhirlpoolDuetSport

    I was impressed with the knowledge of Shai, and explanation of options. Shai's work was precise. Thank you for help! Its nice to know that someone can explain what I can do, to keep life in the appliances I purchase.

    required dryer repair

    We are extremely disappointed with the service we required for our dryer repair. At first, we were happy that a repairman came out to fix our dryer on a Sunday. That was good. He requested over $300 to investigate a possible electrical issue, which we thought was a lot at the time, but reluctantly agreed. He claimed to find the electrical issue and left. The dryer worked. Within days the dryer did not work. When we asked that they come out again, they told us it would be another appointment fee as there was no warranty on our service. So my husband asked our local electrician to come instead. Within minutes, our electrician identified the issue as an electrical issue with the circuit breaker- which was burnt beyond recognition. His opinion was that there was NEVER an electrical short with the dryer. Services 4 applicances has refused to refund our money, or come out and allow us to show them what we found- unless we pay them another fee of course. We wrote the original review after we were told to by the company- they promised a percentage off our next repair for doing so. We were told we had to complete the review within 24 hours of the repairman being at our house. I now know why. Will never ever use them again.

    Bosch washer repair

    Do not use them. They replaced a pump, it took almost a month for the part. After installation1 month and 1 day later it broke down again. They said it was only a one-month warranty and it would likely be a different issue and I'd be charged for a service call! I'm buying a new washer.

    Hi Jane. As appliance repair people, we tend to see the same issues over and over again. A 1 month warrenty is given becasue normally if your part is working for that long, and all of a sudden something happens, its noramlly something else. Hopefully you will enjoy your new washer.....

    Fix kitchenaid range

    DO NOT use this company! Flat service fee of $285 then he says 'I fixed a burnt wire" but could not produce it when I asked to see it. Then he says I need another $300 part that he has to order, and if we don't order it through him, it'll be another $285 service charge to install it. Don't drop the soap around these people!

    Hi Ryan, looks like there might have been a misundersanding regarding our pricing. Our service call rate is $80 and once the tech arrives he gives your the price quote for the repair, should you approve the reapir cost, then the service fee is voided. Our techs have been with us for a long time and know not to begin work without quote approval. Since you were charged this price, you must have approved that. Also, with any appliance repair company, parts are extra.

    diswasher repair

    I would never use this company again!!!Came to fix dishwasher as one leaked and one had handle broken. Did not fix the leak. Came back said it was not leaking!!! It leaks half way through cycle. Saw that the cleaning lady was washing the floor and walked right in with muddy boots. Customer service lady was awful. Would not give the owners name!! Do not use them

    Fridge

    Awful! Left without fixing fridge! Charged me 300 and said it was fixed 4 hours later I called for help no call returned. Next day they said it was for "service" I thought that meant repair... They have complaints on better business bureau STAY AWAY!!!!!

    Dishwasher leak

    Our old diswasher suddenly sprang a leak - water all over the kitchen! After searching online and seeing good reviews, I got in touch with Service 4 Appliances. A very polite young lady quickly set up an appointment for the next day at a time that was quite convenient for my work schedule. Uri, the young technician, showed up on time, immediately explained the company's policies and was able to quickly locate the offending water hose. Despite working in very tight quarters, he rapidly fixed the problem and then thoroughly checked the operation of the dishwasher to make sure all was in good working order. Uri was affable, polite, competent and very professional. I would not hesitate to call this company for any future problems with household appliances.

    Stove Repairs

    Based on my experience I would not use this company again. The service man took the stove apart and told me a part was needed which they would order and return to install, and charged me $250. I foolishly paid in advance and after he left the stove worked. Since I paid for work that was not needed and for two visits I requested a refund for the difference between the $80 service fee and the $250 I paid. They did not acknowledge my email, no response. Poor customer service in my opinion. Check BBB files on this company.

    Stove Repair

    The largest burner on the stove was not working. It was a few days before Thanksgiving and I was hosting dinner. I called Service 4 Appliances because they said they could be there same day. lThe visit and labour to find what was wrong cost $280. The part was another $500 (minus what was already paid). The part wasn't in stock and had to be ordered (I asked for a RUSH). After almost 3 weeks (yes, we made it through dinner without it) I called to follow up and they still had no ETA on delivery. I inquired about a refund and cancelling the order. Only then (that day) did I hear the part would be there tomorrow and someone could come instal it. Sadly, the stove only cost $800 - if I had known the cost of the repair in advance and not been rushing to try and have it done in time for Thanksgiving - I think I would have bought a new Stove. The repairman was nice/good. It just cost WAY too much. Oh ya, and it was very late.

    washing machine repair

    My washing machine needed to be fixed. They gave me a time frame of 10 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Uri came on time. He came at 10:30a .m. and fixed my washing machine quickly and was very professional.
