    Great Service and Great Experience

    I hired the Mold Guy to remove mold growing in my basement due to a leak. They returned my call quickly. Ross was quick to perform an inspection and discuss the problem with me. He went through the process clearly and was helpful all steps of the way Throughout the whole process the whole team has been very helpful. The people who came and did the work at my home who were very friendly and explained everything to me. The staff on the phone who talked with me helped me out with my problem. Highly recommended to anyone.

    renovation

    Needed opinion on potential mold issue. Response time was very fast. Licensed specialist was sent out within 4 hours. And received written report next day. Would not hesitate to recommend this service

    Would not hesitate to use them again

    Kay was amazing- she was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to hear. They were efficient and went above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Emergency Inspection

    The Mold Guy was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I called them to look at an emergency situation and they not only took on the job, but was at my house in about an hour. The inspector Drove (his name, not to be confused with the past tense of drive) was really helpful. He explained the process and was very forthright in telling us what we need to do to fix the problem. I highly recommend their services!!!

    Mold in the basement cold room

    We found mold in our basement cold room and needed it to be removed. After reading reviews for "The Mold Guy", I thought I would give them a shot. I had quotes from two other places, but it was something about "The Mold Guy" that made me want to go with them. Boy, am I glad I did! Kay was the first point of contact and made the process very easy and smooth. Drove came out to do the inspection and recommended services to be done in the basement as if it was his own place, which I appreciate. He wanted to make sure the mold would never return. Phil and his team came a few days later to do the job. He explained everything that his team was going to do and made sure to fully answer any questions I had before starting. They did an awesome job in the cold room and the entire basement and he even discovered additional mold in areas I didn't know about, which he cleaned with great care. The resulting work was awesome and they took extreme care not to damage any of our items in the basement. Thanks a lot everyone for making this a great experience. I hope to never see you again, but if I do, you will be the first (and only) call I make!

    Basement Mudroom

    Ross came to our home this morning to inspect our basement mudroom. He was on time, professional, and honest. As we move forward, we have great comfort knowing we can rely on Ross and this company. My husband and I are very satisfied and recommend The Mold Guy to anyone who has a mold concern! Thank you!     BATHROOM

    I had a problem with mold in my bathroom. The mold guy company sent me a very good crew to deal with it. They were professionals, took care of not damaging anything around the bathroom. They were accommodating and clean. I was very satisfied with their work and I recommend them.

    Quick and considerate service

    We noticed mold in one area of an apartment and wanted to find out how serious it was. The Mold Guy provided excellent service. They called back right away, then explained how the process would work. We had a professional assessment early on the next business day which set everyone's mind at ease. The Mold Guy reps gave us practical advice and didn't try to sell us an expensive remediation job, just what was needed in our situation. A positive experience in all respects.

    mold inspection

    Kay was amazing explaining the different types of services and was able to book an appointment in quick turnaround. Service was quick and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Mold inspection

    Drove was great! So informative and just a really neat guy. Learned a lot from him! Glad to know I am mold free! The experience was seamless and I would recommend it to anyone.
