I would like to say thank you to “The Mold Guys”. I could not wait to let you know what an excellent job you’ve done. I can’t say enough of how pleased I am with my decision of contacting your company. My first impression being my conversation with Kay; she was very polite and friendly, I explained the situation to her, she said not to worry an inspector will be there today at 2:00pm, his name is Drove. He was very punctual and gave me a detailed explanation, after he had completed the inspection. I can’t say enough of how thankful I am what an amazing team; discipline, organized, professional and respectful. “The Mold Guys” went above and beyond. Thank you Justin, Phil, Drove, Abdul. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I did not have to wait long for completion of service. The men who came to do the work were friendly courteous and clean. Thank you to everyone for exceptional service.

The inspector came promptly, the day after we called. He was wearing a mask as appropriate during this virus pandemic and maintained a safe distance while he talked to us. He explained what the tests involved in layman's language and why each would be done, what the results might mean, and possible actions that might be recommended. He brought his work to the lab immediately after leaving us and we got the results the very next day.

We have used The Mold Guy twice to come investigate possible areas of mold in our home and to check the air quality. Their service was friendly and professional and gave us great peace of mind. They did not try to sell us on anything that was unnecessary and provided a lot of tips of things we could do ourselves.

The garage had major mold issues. In addition to mitigating the problem, The Mold Guy provided recommendations to avoid having the issue return. They were extremely accommodating to schedule of the tenant residing at the property. The end result looks great and it is now a safe, usable garage!

We had some visible mold in our food/storage cellar under the stairs and called a few different companies for quotes. We had The Mold Guy come out and they gave exception service, expanding their search area to the entire basement and finding a few extra spots of mold/moisture. They gave options for either removing ourselves, or by them, which we took. They were quick and professional in removing everything, leaving a spotless and clean basement, barely a trace of anything.

Phil and his team did a great job on the demo and mold remediation of our basement. They were on time and professional and even completed the job in less time then was anticipated. Would recommend the mold guy!

We had mold growing in our basement due to water seepage from the outside, due to cover-19 we knew that the city was going to lock down and we would be home for a while, called The Mold Guy and they were able to come the next day and did the entire job within 4 hours, Excellent service, a great friendly crew that came cleaned up and left. A++

The Mold Guy and team were such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They provided us with mold removal in the attic of our 1000 sq ft bungalow and 2 samples for Asbestos testing. I called a total of 4 other companies for quotes and I had a couple of them in the $4000-5000 mark. The Mold Guy's quote was on the more affordable side of the quotes that I received, but it was their customer service that had me completely sold on them. What had me convinced that I had made the right choice were the little things like calling back when messages are left, taking the time to patiently answer all my questions, and the level of product knowledge of each team member. At the job site, the workers were extremely friendly, moved diligently, kept the work area clean and finished on time. A couple before and after picture were provided at the end as well which was good, although I do feel more photos could have been taken and provided. Overall though, the service was 10/10 awesome, and would definitely recommend for any mold removal needed for your home.
