We recently hired the mould guy to clean up the mould in our attic before moving into a new house. The company was recommended to us by our home inspector. It was very easy to set up an appointment to have the work done. Communication was smooth with clear instructions given to us before the job started. The technicians arrived on time, I worked quickly, and cleaned up when the job is done. We would work with this company again.

We were cleaning out my uncle's home, which he had not lived in for a while, and found rat feces and mold. We were putting the house on the market, so time was a factor. We called The Mold Guy and they were able to come within a few days. The two gentlemen who came were professional, friendly, and hard-working. They cleaned up the whole mess and left the place smelling fresh. They showed me everything they had done and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

The Mold Guy was incredibly professional and we really appreciated how quickly they responded to our request. Their technician was on site the next day and took time to diagnose and explain what our issue was. Strongly recommend The Mold Guy!!

Needed to address mold issue in the basement since our house was recently purchased and we have 3 children under 2 years old. Product used to sterilize the basement was natural as they had indicated and important since the fumes escape throughout the house. Work was done thoroughly to check all walls for mold, and removal of old contaminated insulation, drywall and studs.

I had a concern regarding possible mold contamination in my attic. From first contact the staff at Mold Guy was professional, polite and knowledgeable about all things pertaining to their industry. I requested an appointment and was provided with one for the following day. The representative that came out and provided the inspection, Drove, arrived on time and made quick work of the inspection. He was willing to review all possible trouble spots and provide me with instant feedback as to what he was seeing and advised to possible remedies. I would highly recommend using the Mold Guy for any issues concerning mold.

Really great service, I got an inspection done on the same day I called and went ahead with the job the very next day. Phil and Mike were very professional and thorough, I didn't have to do any clean-up afterwards. I would definitely recommend The Mold Guy.

I have dealt with many contractors in the last three years since we purchased the house. These guys are second to none. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, fast and reliable. The entire experience from beginning to the end could not have been any better. For the first time, I have found a contractor who I think deserves 10+. Awesome crew of John and Michael - absolutely terrific. Now if only other contractors could be like this...

Excellent experience with The Mold Guy, completely satisfied with their customer service and quality completion of the job. I had recently bought a house and upon home inspection found that there was quite a bit of mold in the attic requiring treatment. I contacted The Mold Guy and spoke with Brittany who was extremely helpful in arranging to have a team come in the day after we moved in. Brittany was extremely helpful and answer all my questions. The team showed up promptly as had been planned and explained the process and approximate time it would take (2 hours). The team finished on time and showed me the before and after pictures so I could see that everything had been fixed, good as new. Email receipt was received right away after payment and I also received copies of the before and after photos as well as a certificate stating that the house had been cleared of mold. I 100% recommend this company for mold remediation. Problem: Currently Renovating our basement in a ~100 year old house - our basement contractor found mold in multiple spots. I called Mold Guys on a recommendation from my Interior Designer. **Upon inspection, we had to do a 3-day remediation of the entire basement, which including ripping out all of our walls. IT'S NOT FUN AND IT HURTS TO PAY MONEY FOR A SERIOUS BUT "HIDDEN PROBLEM" LIKE MOLD. WITH THIS IN MIND, THIS IS WHAT YOU GET FROM THE MOLD GUYS: 1. Amazing Customer Service: Brittany is phenomenal. She immediately calmed me down on first call and walked me through the process and got things rolling in record time. She was always there to answer any questions, offer recommendations for waterproofing companies, arrange billing, scheduling, etc and just really nice and pleasant to talk to. Every company should have a Brittany. Big shout out to Kay who also handled my "Devil's Advocate" questioning and gave excellent knowledge to me. 2. The Owner, Ross: Brittany scheduled in a visit for him to come by and give his personal opinion on the direction of waterproofing for our house (now our next project). He already had my job for mold remediation and he did not have to do this. I think this speaks volumes for his care of his customers. 3. The Inspector, Drove: Very funny guy who "laughed" me through the process. Checked the rest of my bathrooms on my other floors to alleviate my nerves. 4. The Remediation crew, Phil, Michael, Andrew, and Diego: Respectful, knowledgeable, and hard workers. Phil took the time to explain to me what he saw, what he had done and why, and took a zillion pictures for me. Thanks Mold Guys!!
