    Mold inspection

    Our tenants suspected mold in the fan. The only choice for us was to order professional services. Inspector came, did the evaluation, and advised there is no mold in place. It's very important to have a trustful professional who would not abuse lack of knowledge.

    Attic mold removal

    The Mold Guy from start to finish was stellar! Called to inquire about mold removal for a new home we purchased and the info given over the phone was clear and very informative. I was even able to obtain a quote over the phone, sight unseen. A date was scheduled promptly and the guys removed all the mold within 3 hours of arrival. Thrilled with the customer service and workmanship!

    Attic Mold

    I called the office the morning of January 2, 2018. I had a mold issue in the attic and my property up for sale. I spoke with Kay who answered all my questions. She was extremely nice and explained the procedure in full and was very knowledgeable. We arranged for the service the following morning at 8 and the guys showed up at 7.45. They were prompt, clean and completed the job timely. You'd never know they were there. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

    Friendly Knowledgable Staff + Quick service

    We had The mold guy come into our workplace to do air quality tests for mold . It is an old 4 story building in downtown Toronto. They were super helpful , right from the beginning, and returned my messages and e-mails promptly!! The staff in the office were very kind and were very helpful and made the whole process much easier than I thought. The actual testing was quick, and the technician was really nice, and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. We got the results back in about three days, and pleased to say we were mold free!! I would recomend The Mold Guy for sure!!

    Excellent service!

    We contacted Mold Guy after a very stressful fridge leak. They came right away, fixed the issue very efficiently, and made me feel very confident in their service. Highly recommend!

    Mold survey

    Very professional and honest. Drove asked many detailed questions and inspected the whole house. Drove explained the cause and effects of mold in different area and how to prevent them. I would highly recommend this company for anyone.

    Sump Pump Room

    Excellent service! They were reliable (called to say they were running late), friendly, professional, and did a very thorough job cleaning the project. Since I was at work, I also appreciated the follow up phone call and photos to let me know the job was complete, before leaving my house. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs mold clean up.

    Worry about mold resolved quickly

    Basically, we were worried about mold in our home. My wife has asthma and was having trouble breathing. We tried to clean everything up ourselves but the problem persisted. I called many different places and The Mold Guy was able to get there faster than anyone else. And they were able to identify the issue and we removed the offending material ourselves and she's been breathing easy ever since. Thank you!

    Mold Removal Due to Water Damage

    The Mold Guy came promptly and provided a quote which was significantly lower than other quotes. He took the time to take the scariness out of mold by explaining things thoroughly and recommended only necessary work be done. The crew that came worked quickly and efficiently. They used appropriate safety measures and cleaned up the worksite perfectly when their work was finished. They dealt with follow-up questions that I had including a home visit. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would have no problem recommending them to anyone with a mold problem.

    Attic Mold.

    We decided to upgrade the insulation in the attic of our home this fall. A sales rep from the insulation company reported the presence of mold in the attic, and recommended The Mold Guy for the removal. The Mold Guy cleaning crew arrived on time and took the time to protect the floors before entering the attic. They did a thorough job, and showed before and after pictures when done. Their final clean up was thorough. We were very satisfied with the work of Mike and Diego.
