    Attic issue

    I was a bit worried my attic was having mould problems. Mold guys were quick to respond. They were even faster eliminating the problem! They were fast and effective! Good job!

    Mold Inspection

    We wanted to lay new carpet in the family room of our recently acquired house. Once the carpet was removed, moldy spots were visible along the baseboards. We called several mold inspection and removal companies of which one was not available to take the call, one could only schedule an inspection a week hence and advised a preliminary air-quality test from another company in the meantime (for around $1000.00), and the Mold Guy, who was available for an inspection the next day, although he had to come from the other end of the GTA to reach us. We were relieved to learn that the mold in our house was non-toxic, and the spread small enough for us to deal with it ourselves. After a thorough inspection, Ross educated us on the kind of mold we experienced, the way to remove it, and how to prevent future occurrence. Knowledge and integrity don't often come at this price - thank you, Ross!

    home in quality air inspection

    My experience with The Mold Guy Company....you get the service you request, fast, friendly, prompt....would recommend this company. For the air quality service test they provide a professional report on the air quality test. No complaints.

    Mold Inspection

    Extremely helpful inspector, Ross, gave me great advise on how to fix my problem and prevent any future mold occurrences. He was very thorough and wen through all my bathrooms and areas with potential for mild. Did much more than i expected from an inspector. Brittany, at the office, got me an appointment within a few days and was in touch to make sure everything the inspector arrived and everything was handled to my satisfaction. I could't have been happier with The Mold Guy and i would recommend to anyone who needs a proper inspection.

    Mold inspection

    The Mold Guy came to my house and made my basement inspection. He found the focus of the mold and gave me instructions how to clean it. It was a fast and professional service.

    Mold in Bathroom and Basement

    I had mold taking over a bathroom and some along a wall in our basement that needing to be taken care of right away in order to secure my mortgage. I contacted Kay at The Mold Guy and she was amazing helped facilitate a very quick quotation that was considerably less than others I had received and she had a team out in less than a week to remove the mold which was a complete bathroom gut and some drywall removal in the basement. They did the job in 1 day versus 4 days that other quoted and the team was amazing! Took me through everything and provided all the certification the mortgage lender needed! Kay also went above and beyond with a great contractor recommendation! Thank you all so much - don't hesitate, this company was great!

    Attic Mold Inspection

    I was very pleased with the level of service that I received from this company and would recommend their services to my friends and family. One company claimed that I had mold in my attic based on a visual inspection. I decided to get a second opinion and called The MoldGuy. They came in and tested the area and did not find any mold. In the end, I probably ended up saving myself a few thousand dollars.

    bathroom renovation

    Installed a new furnace, which created higher humidity inside, started seeing mold in closets and on ceilings. tried to rid this ourselves, ended up calling the mold guy. 2 hours later mold gone..they even gave us tips to keep it gone. They sent two young gentlemen, first appearance I was skeptical, in the end I was very impressed. thanks again guys..
