    Remediate mild infiltration in the basement due to water leakage

    After a flood in the basement, a significant amount of mild developed over a several months. With new tenants moving in we had to ensure the space was safe for habitation. The Momd Guy came in and over the course of two days completely removed the mild and did a thorough clean up of the space. We were very pleased.

    The Mold Guy. Professional, Would Recommend.

    The Mold Guy, Ross, was professional and helpful. He tested two floors, was very forthcoming with information, respectful of my house and the lab reports were clear. We were very satisfied with the service and glad we decided to get our air tested. Can definitely recommend.

    basement and attic

    Ross came to rental and with his great expertise gave me reasons of hi humidity causing surface baseboard mold. He checked walls no water from behind just at bottom and floor slight dampness causing surface mold. Humidity was hi 70 opened windows fans etc., went down to 55 in half hour. suggested a dehumidifier which I bought and took out more moisture reducing wetness and mold. Also cleaned all of attic roofing from mold build up sprayed wiped and cleaned removed all from wood spores etc. a great job all in all. thanks to the MOLD Guys team and Brittany. cheers

    Mould removal

    Mould removal in attic due to bathroom fan exhausted to attic and poor ventilation. Professional and prompt service. Would recommend to others. Job done well. No mess. Provided recommendations to improve attic ventilation.

    Basement Mold

    I called the mold guy for air testing when I found mold in a few corners in my basement. The woman I spoke to explained what the test was and told me that the test was going to confirm what I already knew (other companys I called told me I had to get this test done for over $500) Ross came to inspect the areas and he told me it was on the surface and how to clean it (saving me from cutting out all the drywall that I was quoted a few thousand dollars by someone else). Honest and very professional service. I would use them again and recommend to my friends.

    Attic, roof decking mold remediation

    I had a significant moisture problem in one of my attic spaces that had caused mold to form. I called The Mold Guy and was able to get an appointment quickly even though I was quite far from their offices. They showed up on time and gave an overview of the work they were doing. They were fast, thorough and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. It was good piece of mind to know the chemicals they used had a byproduct that deter mold regrowth while I fixed the root cause. Thanks Mold Guy

    Mild concern in bedrooms

    Was seeing condensation on bedroom walls, windows and floors, and traces of mold in window. Ross assessed the rooms and provided us with steps to improve the situation going forward and let us know there was no immediate concern. He was very informative and friendly.

    air quality test

    I was worried that mould spores were affecting the health of my family,so I had Ross come and test the air quality of my house.He was very professional and the results came in a couple of days.Glad to find out that the results were negative.Peace of mind.Thanks Ross.

    Checking for mold after small water damage

    Air Quality Test

    We had water damage and musty smells in the house we're renting and were concerned about how it was affecting our house. The Mold Guy was thorough, obviously experienced, and gave a very informative and detailed report with the results. If you have concerns about mold, it is well worth the price for peace of mind!
