    Attic mold removal

    The guys showed up on time and were thorough, friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

    Very efficient and timely service from the Mold Guy team

    I was delighted with the service from the Mold Guy company. My contractor suspected that we had mold in the basement but couldn't come to check it out until the weekend. We were trying to put the house up for sale so timing was tight. I called the Mold Guy on Thursday. Kay was a delight to deal with. We made a conditional appointment for them to spend an inspector on Monday and a remediation crew on Tuesday - all if they found mold. Well, find mold they did. I confirmed with Kay on Sunday, the inspector showed up exactly on time on Monday morning. The three man crew arrived on time on Tuesday and worked for 6 or so hours to tear out most of the basement bathroom and other small affected areas. They were efficient, pleasant, and they left the place cleaner than when they started. The office sent me a letter affirming that we had no more mold the next day. As good an experience as one could have, dealing with something as unpleasant as mold.

    Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, professional

    They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, professional. The initial assessment was great and they actually deducted the cost of that from the job. They were great at communications. The morning that I called they were there the next day. They even discovered some mold behind some crown molding and removed that as well. Overall very happy.

    Professional, Knowledgeable, Communicative, Sense of Urgency

    Would highly recommend The Mold Guy team. The process is smooth and professional. We felt reassured the whole way through. Kay at the office is exceptional at her job. We had a thorough chat to discuss our needs, she explained the process, and allowed for no logistical surprises. Matt was our initial certified inspector. He was kind, came as soon as possible (same day), and explained his findings. Abdul's team who did the remediation were clear with their explanation and guidelines, professional, and did a great job. They readily provided certification paperwork, an invoice, and Before/After pictures upon completion. Thank you!

    Great - People - Response Time - Professional work

    Found mold in my attic. I wanted to resolve this Before adding insulation. The whole team at the Mold Guy was excellent. They provided Great People to do thed work, -Response Time, and Professional work . It isx all about relatiopnships and service level. The Mold Guy ( and Gals) is a good company to use!

    GREAT JOB AM SO PLEASED WITH THE RESULT! WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS,FAMILY & TO OTHERS .

    I had the flooding incident last Sept. 2022 in my bathroom water went to 2 bedrooms to the carpet in the living room & suspected mold build after that cause the strong smell in my unit & I was instructed to do a mold & smell test so I search & came accross your company your expert guy came & do the test & am so happy to receive the good news it was negative no mold no smell problem in my unit so I feel safe & had peace of mind after all. Thank you!

    Great service!

    The mold guy is a great company. They are courteous and friendly. They take the time to walk you through the whole process and take the time to answer any questions you have. Both Kay and Matt were amazing to work with.

    Highly Recommend

    Kay did an excellent job in explaining the attic mold removal process and we took comfort knowing that we were in good hands. Abdul and his team showed up on time, were respectful and made recommendations to ensure the mold doesn't come back. Once completed, he showed us before and after pics and we were amazed how well the job came out. Thank you The Mold Guy.

    Amazing customer service
