    air quality testing and mold removal/clean up

    had air quality and home inspection done for mold for peace of mind and they found a small mould problem caused by a leaking water softener that I never would have located without their expertise. Price was fair, service was top notch and I would not use anyone else for this type of work. already referred them to a friend.

    Mold removal

    We were happy with the work that this company did. They were so so quick to prioritize us and we really appreciated that. This was our first time going through this experience and so we weren't sure what to expect. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because we've learned that without spending boatloads of money on environmental tests, there's no way to really know it's all gone. The mold removal companies aren't necessarily there for that purpose, they just do their part by spraying.

    Inspection of an Estate house

    As the Executor of an Estate I inherited a home with a myriad of issues. One was the potential for mold. The Mold Guys were able to work around scheduling issues, conduct a thorough review and provide me with a report almost immediately. There on-site staff person was excellent, explaining things to me and sharing his impressions. And even there follow-up was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Mold inspection

    I had two of my showers leaking and I was concerned that mold may develop. I contacted the mold guy and they came out right away. Their service was excellent and they didnt find any more.

    Shower mold removal

    My tenant complained of mold in the shower. Mold guys diagnosed the problem as being within the walls- they were wet. It turns out the waterproofing had not been properly installed; the drywall beneath the tiles was completely covered in mold. The mold guys were still able to clean out the mold in the time estimated. They didn't charge me extra even though the damage was significantly more than we thought. I would definitely use them again ( although I hope I never have to!)

    Mold removal

    Mold found in the attic ceiling and The Mold Guy came out the next morning to remove it. On time, efficient, cleaned up. Great job! Highly recommended.

    Attic mold removal

    The Mold Guy knows their stuff. They took pictures of the before and after process, and gave lots of suggestions to fix the problem. They were punctual, easy to work with, and professional.
