    Fast, efficient service!

    We were informed rather late in the planning stage (a month before starting our reno) that a mold and asbestos check would need to be undertaken. I called three companies and The Mold Guy was in taking a sample before the other two options even returned my call! Got the results and lab certificate in no time

    Responsive and reliable

    I had a dishwasher leak over some months. I needed to ensure that there was no mould. This company answered the phone promptly. They explained the possibilities clearly. Kate, heard I was anxious, and got someone to fit me in. Phillip was very professional. They rushed my results and confirmed that I did not have mould. To me, it was money well spent.

    Air Quality test done efficiently and effectively!

    We had an issue with a lingering smell in our house and contacted The Mold Guy. They had someone sent out within 24 hours and conducted an air quality test on all levels of our house. During the test, they also did an inspection and gave tips on problem areas and what we could do to ensure our house was as mold unfriendly as possible. The technician Matt was super informative, helpful and efficient. He answered all our questions and we left the inspection with peace of mind. We also received the air quality test results within 24 hours of the test - so efficient!

    Mold was remediated well from our attic with pictures and recommendations so mold doesn't grow.

    Well done with great recommendations for a roofer to follow up due to blocked venting and a disconnected vent.

    Basement apartment mold removal

    We had unexpected mould in our basement rental unity. The Mold Guy was extremely responsive and were able to come onsite quickly and assess the problem. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. They did a thorough assessment and worked quickly to fix the issue. They even provided contact information for replacing the flooring after their work was done. We will definitely use The Mold Guy again!

    Full House Reno

    For our full gut reno of our home, we removed all drywall and insulation. We discovered that under the roof there was tons of mole. These guys came in and did their magic to remove them all. They were very professional and cost of very reasonable.
