    Basement Mold removal and remediation.

    We had water damage from that July rainstorm and contacted MoldServices for a quote. Ross showed up quickly and on time, did a thorough inspection and found water where others hadn't. He gave a prompt and reasonable quote and his great crew were in and did a terrific job of removal and remediation. Ross explained in detail the remediation process and was always available for questions too. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

    Removal of floor, baseboards, drywall

    These guys tore out a bunch of damaged basement finishing from my basement after the flood in Toronto this year. They were able to attend on very short notice and got everything done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them.

    Mold Remediation in Cold room

    When we bought the house a few years ago, the cold room was finished. I am not an avid fan of finishing a cold room, but I figure the previous owner must have done it properly since I did not detect any mold or any smell. Later on, I started noticing some surface mold. I bought some chemical and started cleaning. As years went on, it was getting worse and worse to the point where the smell was now really bad. Long story short, made a call to Mold Services, Ross came in the next day, quick assessment and confirmed humidity on walls and ceiling. Since he was already at the house, he took the time to check other areas - Attics, second cold room and gave me a pass. The moldservices.ca team - Lucas, Alan and Matthew came in and did an AMAZING job cleaning the cold room. They prepared a working area to make sure that the rest of the house was protected from the mold spores. The whole process is dust free. At the end of the job, Matthew went ahead and vacuumed the work areas and the pathway to and from the front door. WOW. This is what every contractor should learn - treat your customer house like it is yours and you will have repeat customers. Thank you to the moldservices.ca team for treating my home like your home and helping my family live in a safer environment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to address any mold issues.

    Thanks David, Desiree, thank you for the work, many home owners see the cold room as a blank canvas and want to create something a little more functional. Cold rooms were designed for mason jars full of preserves. they aren't waterproofed so they leak, they don't have a protective roof just a concrete slab so they leak. Keep all porous materials out of the cold room and you won't need our mold removal services again.......Cheers....Ross

    mold

    Professional, expedient, stress relieving. Words cannot express my gratitude to Kay and Ross. I highly recommend them. I was living in fear because of what another mold company had told me. Ross in minutes explained that what I was told was not true and that I and my home were not in danger. Thanks you so much.

    Mold in a cold room in my basement

    Ross, a certified mold inspector and re mediator came to my home, assessed my mold situation, and advised me on how to solve the problem myself. He also offered to resolve the problem if I did not feel comfortable doing it. What an amazing company. The tell you how to solve the problem and offer to do it for you if you do not want to do it yourself. He even told me which specific products to buy and how to use them. Talk about an honest up front company, well this one is it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you have a mold problem or even a question about mold, this is the company to call!!! George Carr

    mold removal

    My first interaction was with Kay who was very pleasant over the phone and because they were extremely busy I emailed pictures of my basement room that had the mold and she gave me a quote right away. Lucas and another worker(sorry cant remember his name) did an amazing job removing all the mold and the framing as well. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this company!!!!

    Mould removal

    I am absolutely amazed and grateful at how hard these guys work. Kay orchestrated some emergency mould removal for us (she's absolutely amazing by the way - such a delight to interact with her). We had Lucas and Alan come (at 4 am!!!!) over to remove some extensive mould that had accumulated in our roof and they did an amazing job. The before and after photos really show the difference. I highly recommend these guys. They're professional, approachable, they know what they're doing, they work hard and they have competitive pricing.

    mold removal from basement

    Ross and his crew were fantastic. They were very professional and did the work very quickly and efficiently. As well, Ross's quote was a lot more reasonable than some others I received because he really took the time to examine the basement carefully and only do the work that 'really' needed to be done. He also gave me some great advice on how to waterproof other parts of our house which ended up saving us a lot of money. He was a huge help to my family and a pleasure to work with. I really felt like he had our best interest in mind and really wanted to help us out.

    assessment for mold removal

    Ross Sullivan saved our basement! Following the epic summer storm and basement flooding, Ross came to our home in a timely manor and was the total professional .... assessed what our mold removal needs were and advised us how to proceed, with out doing the full on removal process which was not required.     Mould removal

    It was a great experience working with Ross and his team (Lucas, Alan, Kay). Highly recommend MoldService.ca as I'm convinced that this is the only company that you need to talk to if you found Mold in your home. I recently found mould in the attic, which have been checked for years. I did some research and called a few companies to give me an estimation based on the condition. Although most of the companies sent people over to do an estimation, Ross was the only person, who got into attic and did a complete check before giving me an estimation, which was lower than the other companies asked for. Ross also explained to me in detail about the possible causes and solutions in my case. The team come over early in the morning as scheduled. They cleaned all the mould and spent extra time to address all the possible issues. I am extremely satisfied with their work and feel fortunate that I can have Ross and his team to help out.
