I must say Ehab and his team were awesome to work with and did an awesome job giving us exactly what we wanted within our budget. We spoke with a few companies before making our decision and I must say the team that works for and with Level Q were very personable and made our decision to choose them even easier. Throughout every stage, the communication between the team and ourselves (the homeowners) was on point. They were very easy going, accepting and adjusting to changes we requested whether it was something we liked or didn’t like where, as well as a great help with guiding us in areas they thought they could provide assistance with. Ehab is a great listener. With Level Q we got exactly what we wanted. Totally gutted both rooms. Took about 4 weeks, were kept informed every step along the way. Cleaned workspace, removed trash. Great experience.

Level Q helped us renovate our master bathroom as we envisioned. They helped in designing a layout and worked with us through all the details. We weren’t happy with the old layout, so they swapped the toilet and shower. They were professional, detailed-oriented and made sure we were happy with everything along the way. We used Level Q for our master ensuite renovation last year and were so satisfied that we decided we did not want to bother interviewing anyone else for our kitchen. Ehab came by and instantly had some great ideas we didn't think possible. We then met with Ehab one more time, and then met with Kevin for the custom cabinetry a few times as well to nail down every exact requirement and make sure the appliances we chose would fit precisely. I must say, it was a process to get every exact requirement, but it made things run so smoothly when Ehab's team came into install, along with the cabinet guys shortly after. My wife is pregnant, so we let Ehab know beforehand and he and his crew worked diligently to make our lives as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. The most remarkable thing about this project was that it was estimated to be completed in 5 weeks and it took exactly 5 weeks for full completion, and every last detail was done to spec. Most of our family and friends were in disbelief that a renovation of this magnitude could be down so seamlessly (we also installed pot lights throughout the first floor) and yet with such attention to detail and quality. On top of that, Ehab knowing that my wife is pregnant and having difficulty with our laundry machines because the doors open into each other as they were installed the wrong way... was able to switch the machines by himself as a favour before he left, which we could not be more grateful. Also a shoutout to his electrician Ali who was awesome, professional and very thorough and also fixed up some receptacles outside that were not up to code. Once again a great experience with Level Q.. I am glad to say our major renos are complete, but whenever our next one occurs I will definitely call Ehab first! Thanks guys!

With the need for more space we were looking to have our basement redone. It had been finished, but not well, so we were in need of a contractor to redo it for us. The scope of work involved ripping out the existing basement items (drywall, flooring, ceiling, carpet on stairs), changing fuse panel over to breakers, adding in electrical fireplace, and putting everything back together. We had a few contractors provide us with quotes and after review we decided to go with Level Q. Ehab was very easy to work with and was always very quick to reply to any questions. I was always able to text or call him if any questions came about. He always sent receipts of payment immediately and sent a breakdown of the remaining payments. Ehab's crew did an excellent job with all their demo and installs. Every day during construction we were shown what work they had completed and told us what would be happening next. They helped us with any questions we had about the construction and always provided great advice with whether it was for materials or layout. At the end of construction there were minor touch ups that needed to be completed and Ehab was very accommodating to come back and make sure everything was finished perfectly. I would 100% recommend Level Q to friends and family members and if we need any other contracting work, or if we move, Ehab would be the first person I reach out to to have that work done.

I had another great experience working with the LevelQ team! The first one was a full house reno - in two years after the reno, living there, there was not one single flawed aspect that could be found. High level work quality. The second project with LevelQ was a full penthouse reno in Toronto. They were very respectful of my personal space and extremely accommodating in terms of project planning/start date/ end date. Great project management skills. They kept the work site clean and had amazing design advice. They made the stressful process of renovating a smooth transition to my dream condo. High quality work again delivered against strict reno rules /codes in a condo. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a great, trusty reno team. While I do greatly appreciate my privacy, yet knowing how hard is to find a trusty company to work with, I can be contacted through LevelQ if any extra info required.

Level Q has done our second large home renovation. Their professionalism, great attention to detail and recommendations to the job at hand, gave me ease and piece of mind that the job will meet and exceed my expectations.
