We couldn’t be any more happier with the process end ended result of our renovation. Ehab and his team exceeded our expectations. Everything is detailed, starting with the quote. This was a great tool for us because it shows you exactly where your money is going - down to the dollar. Ehab is very accommodating. We changed our minds plenty of times and never did he once make us feel like a nuisance. He takes a lot of pride in his work - as of it were his own house he was working on which gives you a sense of relief. They were at our house everyday making sure everything behind the scenes (electrical, structural, etc.) was perfect. Once that was done, everything moved quickly and smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

We used Level Q to reno our main floor. This included taking down a wall, new flooring, painting, plumbing work and so many more little details. Ehab and his crew were very professional and clean and pleasure to work with. I have had bad experiences in the past with contractors but Ehab made this job stress free and delivered on time. I would highly recommend his team.

I hired Level Q for my bathroom renovation based on the recommendations on HomeStars and I was not disappointed. Ehab and his team did a fantastic job renovating my ensuite. They kept the work area clean and tidy, and they were all friendly and helpful. They took my design choices, and gave me advice when needed. I couldn't be happier with the end result and I would definitely recommend them.

When we decided to finish our basement, we did tons of research and met with 10 different organizations including large corporations, friends, friends of friends, people we previously worked with and companies we found through internet searches. When we met with Level Q, we knew immediately that this was the team we wanted to work with. Ehab came by and spoke to us openly and honestly. We gave him our thoughts and ideas and he didn't try to upsell us on expensive concepts that we had no care for. He respected our decisions and ideas and worked with what we needed for our family. His team of professionals especially Nasser and Jalel were a joy to work with. My toddler aged kids looked forward to seeing them every day and became best friends with the crew! When it came to the actual work, we were involved in every single step of the process. From the layout, to the flooring, to the way doors opened, to the control of light switches, there wasn't one thing that was a surprise or not designed to our liking. Every team member was a joy to work with and were welcome in our home. I would HIGHLY recommend this team for any household project. We have several more upcoming renovation projects and Level Q will be the only team that we hire for the jobs. We wouldn't even consider anyone else after this experience. Everyone who has seen our basement is extremely wowed and impressed with the results. We can't wait to have family parties and get togethers in our new amazing space! This is our third straight summer using Ehab, Nasser and team for a major renovation. I thought our kitchen was challenging but this one was by far the most complicated, as we tore down a load bearing wall and a structural wall, and had 3 other contractors involved for cabinetry, technology, and hardwood. I can go on about the quality of Ehab's work, but the fact we've used him 3 straight years can speak to that. The reason we decided to go through with this renovation with a baby, was because we trusted Ehab, Nasser and their group to get it done right, on time and figure out contingencies as needed, despite all the stress not only us but they were probably feeling with covid. When we purchased our house 3 years ago, it was a complete dump, but we loved the lot and basic layout of the house. Ehab and his crew have slowly turned it into our dream home over the past few years. I can't say enough about not only the quality of their work, the extra mile they will go to, but most importantly that they are good people. It's not easy to find that in a quality contractor and we highly recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks Level Q!

We would definitely recommend using Level Q, and we plan on using them again. Our kitchen was severely overdue for a top to bottom renovation. Our plan was to remove 2 load-bearing walls, relocate 1 non-load-bearing wall, install new flooring, cabinets, and appliances while also moving the kitchen to the adjacent room. Level Q was very attentive to our wishes, and they weren't afraid to tell us if something wouldn't look quite right. We certainly had a few ideas that we are glad we didn't go through with, thanks to the ongoing advice provided. They were more than happy to do the things we wanted if we insisted, but we wanted to have their professional input before making decisions. The demolition part of the renovation took place immediately before the COVID-19 pandemic, which no one could have predicted the impact. Our reno was delayed a couple of months as a result of the provincial shut down. Nevertheless, Level Q adapted to the changing environment and exercised ongoing caution during the pandemic. On top of everything, we welcomed our firstborn daughter on August 4, 2020. The timeline was certainly cutting it close due to the pandemic, but Level Q did what they needed to so that we could be back in our house before the little one arrived. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and the high-quality work performed. Throughout the whole renovation, they kept a clean worksite and were very organized with everything. On several occasions, they went above and beyond. It is clear Level Q takes pride in the work they perform based on their attention to detail. Level Q fixed things in our house that we didn't even notice: replacing old light switches, bringing the electrical wiring up to code, cleaning up our breaker panel, among other things. Renovations can be stressful at times, never mind adding a pandemic and a 1st born child to the mix. Level Q definitely helped with our stress levels during such bizarre times. They have such a friendly and knowledgable team, and we look forward to working with them again in the future (hopefully without a global pandemic next time). Stephanie, Mike, and Baby Brinley

Level Q were great, each team member was courteous and respectful. Ehab and team did a fantastic job, listening to what we wanted, answering all questions and attending to all concerns. We are very happy with the level of professionalism and expert work. Nasir wouldn't complete any task until it was done to his own standard of perfection. He did an awesome job installing the doors and when there was an issue with the vanity filler strip being too small, he rigged up a replacement and matched the fit and colour perfectly. This being our only bathroom in the house, Ehab was able to keep the toilet functional for all but a couple of days during the renovation. This wasn't easy and required some juggling of tasks. Without complaint Ehab made this work, removing and re-installing the toilet every day. We recommend Level Q for your reno. Ehab and his crew will work on your home as if they are working on their own.

Ehab and his team are beyond fabulous. The photo of our basement powder room looks simple - it was. What was not simple was the timeframe in which we needed it completed to expedite the sale of our home. Ehab and his team came through! He has done much more complex renovations in our home. He has taught me what excellence in bathroom and kitchen renovation work look like. I will be forever grateful to Level Q for their continued prompt and professional service. They show up when they say they will show up. They are smart, conscientious, careful, AND they clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Level Q was amazing. They were creative, attentive to our needs and desires. Their workmanship was excellent and they completed the job in a timely fashion. Ehab and his team were absolutely outstanding and each team member is very respectful, experienced and each appeared expert in their field, be it electrical work, plumbing, tiling, painting and installation. We recommend Level Q without reservation. They will be the Team of choice should we require any additional Reno’s in our home. We truly can’t say enough good things about Ehab and his crew! We had a very daunting kitchen/main floor renovation and the best decision we made in the whole process was having Ehab and Level Q do the job. We are so unbelievably happy with the final result, everything turned out better than we even hoped. They never cut corners, always gave every detail so much attention and care. Anytime we had a question or needed to run something by him, Ehab was always so responsive/communicative. You can always reach him and he’s constantly checking in to make sure you’re happy with how things are moving along. Nasser, who is a part of his crew, we absolutely loved working with. We always felt like they were treating our house like it was their own—they would do a task to perfection the way they’d want to see it done in their own place. They’re just great people who treat their customers with total professionalism and care. This could have been a very stressful process and they made it totally worry free for us!
