New Roof
Great product and great service. They gave us a very fair quote compared to other companies we had come in. Given the quality of service and workmanship, I certainly have no hesitation in referring JMT to friends or family. We will be calling on them again to do some of the other restoration projects around the house.

Changing the roof and gutter
I love JMT jobs very much! They quoted me very competitive price for my roof. They followed the contract and provided me good material, they change everything for my roof as promised, the metal on the village and around the chimny, my skylight and so on. JMT's people are working very hard, they got 8 people to work on my roof from 7:00 Am to 8:00PM, they cleaned my garden every day on time when job was finished. Two and half day later, my roof is finished and looked very nice! Then I offered them to change my gutter, they also did very professional and efficial jobs too! Thanks for John and his people!

NEW ROOF AND NEW GUTTERS
We just had our new roof and gutters installed by JMT Roofing & Painting. What a fantastic experience! TOP QUALITY materials and workmanship, skilled and courteous employees. They worked hard all day in order to complete the job quickly with minimal disruption to our home. John (the owner) was by on a regular basis to ensure that we were happy with the work being done and to answer any questions we might have had. I am very happy......no thrilled... with JMT and the group effort put in. He gave us very fair price for an all around GREAT product. Dealing with JMT sure took the underlying frustration out of a necessary expense for our home. I strongly recommend!

Roofing -Asphalt Shingle
I chose JMT because: - reliable workmanship - competitively priced -clean and efficient -very good follow-up from John - hardworking, punctual and pleasant crew -They have done many homes in the neighbourhood

gutters
I recently had JMT roofing install new gutters on my 3000 sq ft home in Ladner BC. His crew (led by Leo) were extremely efficient and professional and did an outstanding job on my home.. I've received many compliments from my neighbors as well as strangers..I have no hesitation in recommending John's company Derek Nordin

New roof and gutters
John, the owner, and his fabulous, hardworking crew at JMT Roofing did an an amazing job on my home in March/2012. John was a pleasure to work with and came through on his commitment to do an excellent job. He was honest, helpful and professional in his advice, and attentive to all our concerns. It is was immediately obvious that John has a great relationship with his wonderful crew of enthusiastic, courteous young men who put in very long days and made sure they cleaned up after them - everyday. John was available at all times and checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the job from start to finish. I highly recommend JMT Roofing and John to provide excellent work at a tremendous price

Cedar roof conversion
I am so grateful to John, the owner, and his fabulous, hardworking crew at JMT Roofing for an amazing re-roofing job on my home in March/2012. John was a pleasure to work with and I had complete trust in his commitment to do an excellent job. He was honest, helpful and professional in his advice regarding different products from which to choose, attentive to all of my concerns, and, most importantly, a man of his word. John has a great relationship with his wonderful crew of enthusiastic, courteous young men who put in very long days to complete the job in the time promised. John was available at all times and checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the job from start to finish. I, also, look forward to replacing the old downspouts with beautiful new ones to match the new roof. I highly recommend JMT Roofing and John to provide excellent work at a tremendous price.

I first talked to John about 3 years ago when JMT was working on our street. I watched intently as his crew reroofed 6 homes. I was impressed with the speed and the quality of their work. His crew is like a well oiled machine that works at a fast pace and produces a great result and is respectful and courteous. The roof and gutters look great.Val was greatly impressed with the way that you interacted with your crews . Thanks John for making this a pleasant experience.

Refoofing of House
These guys are great! John and his team of hardworking young men replaced our 23 year old cedar shake roof with shingles in March 2012. We were impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took around the property. They cleaned up very thoroughly after each work day and they left the house and yard looking wonderful. John, the owner, was very attentive to all of our requests and ensured that everything was done as we had discussed. John was very helpful in answering our questions and was a pleasure to work with. His crew of of eight young men were enthusiastic and very pleasant to have around. Everyone of them worked very hard and efficiently and completed the project in two days. We also had new gutters installed and they look amazing on the house. We recommend JMT to anyone who is looking to re-roof their home. John will give you a terrific price and will do a great job!

Re-roofing
JMT Roofing & Painting Inc did a superb re-roofing job on my home. I am extremely happy with the way my new roof turned out, and the new gutters look wonderful. We had the owner of the company, John, come give us a quote and we found him to be a very knowledgeable and efficient person. John stayed in contact with us every step of the way until the job was 100% done and we were completely satisfied. The crew definitely knew what they were doing and worked in a professional manner. Everything was cleaned up and left neat and tidy every day. Dealing with JMT Roofing and Painting Inc was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend JMT to anyone considering similar work.
