JMT Roofing and Gutters Inc. reviews (575)

We could not be HAPPIER with John and his team!!! We called John in a panic when our old roof started leaking and he came that very same day to check it out. When the day came for the new roof, his team arrived nice and early and got right to work. They did an amazing job, they worked efficient and fast and were friendly. They cleaned up at the end of each night (in fact when they left, our yard looked cleaner than when they came!) We would definately recommend JMT to anyone - John and his team really know their stuff!

John and his crew did a fabulous job on our reroof. They were courteous, prompt and cleaned up every day and at the end of the job. I selected JMT Roofing based on other jobs recently completed in my area. I can definately recommend JMT Roofing to anyone considering a new roof. You can expect to get quality work at a fair price. I love John and his team, Keith (the lead),Don and other fellows. They are very professional, diligent/hard working (starts at 7:30am, finishes around 7:30pm), courteous. John the owner is a very honest guy, dealing with him is a pleasure. The price is very competitive, comparing to those "big" players. I will definitely recommend JMT to my friends. Thanks again John!

John and his crew, Keith (foreman),Don, Will & 'D' are veraciously professional, timely & courteous. After 5 thorough background checks on well sought out & A+BBB firms, JMT proved to be significantly & distinctively superior. Most importantly from a "layman's" perspective, nothing is more comforting than persons specifically such as, John & his employees tending well care of my most valuable asset, my sweet home. Thank you most kindly John, Keith, Don, Will & 'D'. We look forward to future work with your firm. Respectfully, Iris, Bonnie & Snoopy (my 11+ year old conservative mini lop bunny who adores John!)

We've dealt with numerous trades and contractors before as everything in our home has been renovated. The roof and gutter replacement that JMT provided has been, by far, the best experience in every aspect. John excudes professionalism and integrity. Truly, a man of his word. There was no sacrifice or compromise that we had to endure to get the job done right, on time and on budget. To be honest, the whole experience was stress free. We only wish that we could have found other companies that provide even half of what John's company does. The work ethic is astounding, workmanship exemplary and personal touch will be gratefully remembered. There's not a single aspect of the entire process that we weren't impressed by. Wholeheartledy support and endorse JMT to any person. Feel free to ask John for my info (the air traffic controller's house in South Surrey) if you'd like to see his work.

First of all, we did our homework (we had six estimates). We are extremely happy that we chose John's company. He is reliable, trustworthy and the job was completed within the timeline estimated by him. He does not take shortcuts, so the job is done the right way the first time. The crew cleaned up after themselves everyday. They are very hard working guys. In my opinion there is not that many businesses operated the way John is running his company. If we have to do the rood again, his company is the only one that we would hire for the job. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Again, thanks for the great job!

Great job. Reasonably priced. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Good workmanship. Stuck to timelines (in fact, managed to start job earlier than originally agreed to date). John is a good businessman who's word is worth something. Keith is an excellent team lead. Crew was friendly. Kept us informed throughout job. No hesitation to recommend them to friends and family. Again, great job.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof. They completed my roof in no time at all. JMT and their employees are truly passionate about what they do. If your looking for the perfect roofing company then look no farther.

They are so friendly and helpful. Johnny answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with ever aspect of my brand new roof.
