    Window screen repair

    I needed some window screens repaired and took them to VinylBilt in Concord Ontario, the manufacturers of the windows. I live in Ottawa but was visiting my sister in Richmond Hill (near Concord) for three days. I took the screens to the company and asked them if they could rush them. I was able to pick them up the day after. VinylBilt makes great windows and provides exceptional after sales service.

    window replacement

    One of my front windows installed 20 years ago by Consumers Choice had gone foggy. In the meantime that company went bankrupt and I was referred to Vinylbilt to do the replacement. We are completely satisfied with the new window and the friendly support from the office staff. Highly recommended.

    Window Replacement

    Purchased windows 14 years ago and one seal failed in the past year and found out new owners of the company would not honor the "Lifetime Warranty" of previous owners. That being said, the replacement performed at my expense was done quickly and professionally.

    Window Handle Replacements

    We've had 2 large Vinylbilt slider windows for a few years now & couldn't be happier with the quality & ease of opening & cleaning. The camlocks became loose & unusable suddenly. I emailed Vinylbilt enclosing photos of the parts.Replacement locks were quickly sent to me at no charge.Rebecca is who I dealt with & she is a real gem. Thankyou!

    Windows

    I have 5 Vinylbilt windows in my house in Mississauga .. The windows look great and are well insulated .. I needed to replace a couple of window locks .. I wrote the company requesting replacement locks.. they responded quickly to my by sending me replacement locks within a week of my request .. I highly recommend this window company ..     Great Customer Service

    Vinylbilt supplied the windows in my custom built home nearly a decade ago. I had an issue with my glass and I called customer service not thinking I was going to get very far. Not only was customer service extremely responsive and quick to turn around my replacement glass, they made me feel like My issue was important. I had to pay for the labour to install which was reasonable. Overall I am extremely happy with my warranty experience.

    Window mechanism repair & screen replacement

    Great company. Helped me out with repairing the mechanism on my single hung window & providing me with a screen replacement. Repair tech was on time & did a great job in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for windows.

    Replacement window

    My window provider sold the business to another window company who gave me the run-around for t 1 year and did not want to pay for or take care of replacing my window. The windows were supplied by Vinylbilt, so I decided to call their service department directly. I was not pushed over and they were sympathetic with my situation. They were also very co-operative. Even though i had to pay for to replace the glass in my window, they were expedited the service and within a short time, they replace it. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Vinybilt. Thank you

    house window warranty

    We had our home windows all replace with VinylBilt windows. After many years, one window showed signs of the multi-pane seal leaking. After one phone call to the company, and an email with the picture of the window, they warranty replaced the windows with no problem or issue. The service technician that they sent was very professional and did a great job. Thanks!

    Window repair

    They tried to repair windows that weren’t made by them. Repairman was knowledgeable and the “quick fix” is good. Unfortunately there is a design flaw with the windows.
